Boy, 11, placed on sex offenders' list
An 11-year-old boy has been ordered to sign the sex offenders' register after he admitted indecently assaulting a young girl.
Magistrates in Chester also ruled the boy, just 10 at the time of last June's attack, should be the subject of a six-month supervision order.
The Chester youngster, who cannot be named for legal reasons, must stay on the sex offenders' register for two-and-a-half years.
A 12-year-old boy, who lives outside the city, will be sentenced on April 23 after also pleading guilty to indecently assaulting the schoolgirl.
The court heard how the 12-year-old girl was attacked in the front garden of a house in the Blacon area of Chester.

Now instead of the punishment the boy received, can someone write up a story and tell us what would happen if the boy was sentenced to either chemical or Surgical castration.
