Just started getting these security warnings today when browsing pages in EA. What is happening?

I haven't seen anything either. It seems like several years at ago Casa de Jane we caught some kind of virus that gave us bogus warnings at weird times. I hope you're not infected!

You very likely have some sort of virus. Seen them before. Do a thorough scan with a good AV progrom.
Re: SECURITY WARNINGS in EA
Keep in mind that just about every single link out there that advertises some kind of free scan, registry fix, virus scan online, etc., IS a scam and plants either viruses or spyware on your PC. I'd imagine you've gotten into one of those.
I'd recommend AVG Free, easily found on www.download.com

Re: SECURITY WARNINGS in EA
Mac, I have heard of this before, although not actually seen it...
Do you have earthlink installed by chance? There is a direct connection between your specific error message and the earthlink toolbar in conjuction with spyware.
Paulo is 100% correct (as usual) in that most of the links that promote free scans are bad news.
Run AVG, and if the problem still persists, contact earthlink (if you are using them) or uninstall it (if you are not.)
This is not specifically related to the archive.

Re: SECURITY WARNINGS in EA
I vote with Paolo on AVG. I also have Spybot - Search and Destroy (also free). Sometimes when installing a new fancy smancy software I have to uninstall Spybot then put it back on. So far I think I am clean.

Spybot will detect Smitfraud-C but it won't eradicate it. See the thread that I started about it... I understand that there are free fixes available for it...
