I'm new to play myself, but from what I've heard around the forum, 2 hours is already exceeding safety limits (by around 1 hour) and you're putting yourself in danger of blood clots, death, or at the very least irreversible damage to your manhood. Unless you're ready to experience life without a sex drive I'd suggest you throttle your banding sessions back to 45 mins at the longest. And take low dose aspirin tablets once a day to reduce the chance of developing blood clots. They make aspirin now that is meant to be taken once a day to reduce the chance of heart attacks... And I'd talk to your boyfriend about it. It sounds like he's trying to permanently neuter you by pushing you to go longer and longer. Maybe he should try having a band on for 2 hours before he makes you suffer anything worse.

I have purchased elastrator, but have never used it because it is unsafe. I get it out and play with it which gets me hard, but would never put the band on. It is more fantasy than anything.

I agree with Chris1115 take the aspirin, but I would also suggest you do the following.

Take a multi-vitamin- This will make your body more resistant to damage and help it heal. Also on a side note, multi- vitamins have all the vitamins you need for a day but your body cannot store some so cut it in half take one half in the morning and the other half at night.

Omega 6- Cut down your omega 6 intake, you can do this by avoiding, soy, corn oil, other warm weather vegetable oils or products made with those or grain fed animal meat. High intake of Omega 6 has been linked to inflammation and a higher chance to become dependent on anti-inflammatory medications.

Omega 3- Up your intake, you can do this by eating fish, cooking with olive oil, avocado and macadamia nut oil, or taking fish oil supplements, I suggest you do all three. Omega 3 has been linked to not only helping cholesterol and anti-inflammation properties but also having benefits for the brain and nerves system.

Take fiber pills- By supplementing the fiber your not getting in your diet, you lower you cholesterol and lower your chance of developing colon cancer. Oh if your wondering how the fiber works it binds with the bile and gets rid of it unused bile is converted to cholesterol.

Fast- Studies have shown Muslims who fast during Ramadan have higher good cholesterol and lowers inflammation of the blood vessels. Remember stay hydrated

Some of you may be thinking I have gone way off topic I have not. By doing these things cast1988 your body will become resilient to disease, your chance of developing a clot is lowered (its not gone) and your risk of dying from one goes down as well (the risk is not totally gone either).

Oh and by the way nope never had sex with an elastrator band closest I have come to it is using a large rubber band sometimes while I masturbate. I would suggest you talk with your BF about the elastrator band and see why he wants you to wear it because its very dangerous.

I have used an elastrator many, many times. Have had all of the different banding machines and devices used. The newest one out there now is the tri-bander. Does not cost much and it opens the band wider than the little green band ones. Much easier to get your balls through.

I have pushed 30 minutes to about 40 before. By then the pain it getting extreme and balls turning cold. Time to remove the thing.
