You are the EA's 666th member!

Just thought that this momentous event should be recognized. :)

IEunuch.

A somewhat dubious honor, don't you think?

I don't think that the board assigns a number to you, I believe all IEunuch did was look at top of main page where it announces Newest Member, and the current number of registered Users.

I know I saw Tom_24_de as being newest Member and Current registered Users being 666 at that time.

That's exactly what I did. As far as I know, there's no user numbers assigned anywhere. But I could be wrong.

IEunuch.

(Birthdays. Who need's em?)

Antonia,

If you are not aware, the book of Revelations says that 666 is the mark of the 'great beast'. It has been one of those cabalistic numbers ever since.

Aleister Crowley, who liked to style himself as the most evil man alive used, to make great play with the number.

LOL

vBulletin DOES store a user ID for you, at least internally. It's in the "userid" field of the "user" table.

You can get the userID of a person by clicking their "Profile" link and looking at the "userid=" part of the URL.

For example, I am user #1196.

I don't think anyone has #666, because the following URL says "Invalid user specified": http://www.eunuch.org/vbulletin/member. ... userid=666
