FRENCH FRIED WOLF

I just got off the phone with MacTheWolf. He decided to make French fries yesterday and managed to spill hot oil on his right hand. He’ll need a skin graft (scheduled for tomorrow morning) and will be in the hospital for about a week. He should have full recovery and be back on the Archive after that. His major concern was about who would feed his dog.

His humor is definitely fully intact and he says that he’s on enough painkillers that he’s only minimally aware of the burn.

He has a private room in the hospital and said that I could post his telephone number should anyone want to call. Since he won’t be in chat for a while, I hope that some of you will take him up on it.

Wow that's tough. I hate burns, they are one of the worst injuries as far as pain goes. I'm glad to know his sense of humor is still intact though.

I just got off of the phone with Mac, he is doing fine, he told me that one of the Nurses from the Hospital will be looking in on his dog, Ill keep calling him each day to see how he is doing and updating here when I can.

We kept telling him, and telling him that his cooking was dangerous to human health, but he just wouldn't believe us. *Sigh*

Here's hoping they've got him on some really nice painkillers, in a nice comfy bed, three squares a day (no hotdogs), and in the same hospital as his mom so he can still visit.

I just talked to Mac and he is in good spirits and so far the female nurses are safe.

We always thought his meat loaf we get him.

Poor old guy sure has his run of bad luck. Hope wolfie has a fast recovery.
