Is it physically possible to hang a guy upside down, with a rope looped around his penis and testicles (tied VERY tightly, like an elastrator)? Or would the rope slip off?

Assuming you could, what would happen if you hung a guy like that? How long would it take for his genitals to fall off, and would he survive?

Hanging by the genitals was a method of execution in some Central American countries a couple of centuries ago, especially of pirates who were guilty of sexual offences. The executions were public, and the victim was hung up by prick and balls until dead. They may have pulled off before that.

But it certainly must have had some deterrant effect!!

So hanging someone by the penis and testicles in this manner actually becomes fatal?

Is it because he doesn't have any place to pee from, so gets urine poisoning? What if you punched a hole above his perineum beforehand and inserted a catheter to drain urine from, then tied off his penis and testicles (above the catheter so as to not interfere with it)?

I'd like to work this into a story idea as a method of punishment for rapists. Something that's painful, permanent, destroys the sex drive, but does not cause excessive damage.

Hang them publically as you have described with the understanding that they will be cut down only when they ask to be cut down.

Also, the understanding that when they ARE cut down it will be with an ultra-sharp Samari Warrior sword and they will have it all cut off with one swing of the sword.

Sort of the ULTIMATE pain relief for everyone. That's sort of fitting, huh?

Then you can tell a story of one falsely accused and convicted, either before DNA testing or at some time in the future as a result of mistaken identity stemming from a clandestine cloning.

Maybe the clone could be used as a donor for re-implantation. After that, sort of a good guy, bad genitals story as our hero loses control and becomes a rapist. Guess who his first victim is? Of course, the woman, girl, etc. who falsely accused him in the first place.

Actually, identical twins also have identical DNA, due to the fact that one of them is a natural clone of the other.

So the story could involve a twin who frames his brother of a rape that he committed. Or a number of other possibilities.

It is quite simple to suspend/hang a male by his balls. The rope or cord should be large enough to be comfortable and NOT break from his weight. The knot should allow for a firm tight hold on his balls with the rope. I use plain "washing line cord" doubled when I hang a guy, or there is a slightly thicker rope one can purchase for an outside clothes lines. I mention these details so that one is aware that the equipment is not expensive. I have the male piss before I proceed; and have him lie down on his back. I secure his hands and feet in a spread eagle position. This is a very loose bondage because his entire body is going to come up and the ropes holding his hands and feet away from his body have to be long enough to uncoil as the body is pulled upward by the rope about his balls.

I have his hands and feet secured so that he cannot change his mind and start swinging about. The rope goes over a pulley above the guy, of course. One he is suspended by his balls, I will use the crop on his stomach and thighs. It is in this position that he may receive needles in his nipples, if not already inserted.

I use a "rope scene" in which I lift a male only when I want to whip him in a particular manner. Be careful when his balls start to turn dark or feel cold. The blood must NOT be cut off for a great length of time. This is not a safe activity until one has experience and taught by a master who uses this punishment. It is an accepted historical fact that the Sumerians, one of the oldest known civilizations, used to punish criminals by hanging them by their genitals from a tree. A knife was then placed in the victim's hand; if he chose to, he could free himself by self-castration.

(Incidentally, many sea-faring cultures used a variation of this technique: a weighted chain was wrapped around the prisoner's balls, then he was handed a knife and tossed overboard.)
