It depends do you want to remain male or not. Castration is a good beginning. I am seeking total nullo for myself, but want to remain male in appearance. The important thing is how do you feel. thanks for your reply.with my body shape now people easily see my tits and after a drink or two often ask.a lot of girls are quite open about it and ask how and why. i've learnt to be much more open about it after long talks with my doctor who gives me the estrogens. a lot of men just make fun of me and not infrequently grab my balls and say they'll finish the job now and i've come home with my balls black and blue. the girls often want to have a look which was offputting at first but now the rule is if you show me yours i'll show you mind. i've learnt a lot about breast and nipple care as a result and they have helped me get my first trainer bra and A cup and insist i wear it at least at home and occasionally i've had the juts to wear it out. a few have wanted to check my balls and they're the ones wanting then off and put in a bottle. my balls are very small now and no longer produce any sperm, only some slime . my hormone levels are close to zero--the gang of girls like regular updates. i'm not sure what use the bag will be even if i later wanted a sex change.its really quite nice rubbing naked nipples together.i no longer think of myself as a male and am quite happy to take my estrogens long term
