Think exposer of the groin or pubic area would get you into trouble. Lack of any equipment there may not be an excuse. May get away with a very small thong for not much to hide.

At the beach I have had many offers to cover me with tar and feathers. And then there are those who run away shouting "My eyes!, It burns!" and "I'm blind!". --FLO--
