Tamoxifen Side Effects

I have been on Andocur now for 8 months, very happy with results, but have noticed the increase of breast development again. I see people suggesting to take tamoxifen to reduce that, surprisingly i havent seen alot of negatives about it. I really dont want my breast to keep growing. I have read through all the posts i could find on it and still shocked that there werent more side effects. the big one listed on inhouse was about vision damage, that of course is a pretty big one, but at what dosage.

How is this dealt with once full castration has occured.

From what I could research on the internet and from my own experience -- which spanned over a year on and off, Tamoxifen is quite low in side effects. And besides requiring reading glasses, I have not notice any deterioration in vision.
