I know this doesn't exactly fit in with the theme of this site, but this forum is the closest thing I've found. I have fantasies about nipple mutilation/removal. i have a muscular body, good pecs, etc. I don't think I'd ever do it, but it really turns me on to think about being bound and having my nips cut out. I have pierced and clamped them numerous times. I'm wondering if anyone else has this fantasy. I've found a couple of hot drawings on the theme, but only a few. Nothing else. How common is this?

Nipple removal was a favourite fantasy of mine for many years. Like you I was into clamping and piercing. Three years ago a mate sliced them off for me and it was a really hot experience. I was bound to a chair and gagged and he took them off with a scalpel, cutting upwards from below each nipple. With both nipples the first few slices with the scalpel didn't hurt too badly, then the pain kicked in, and the last slice was the most painful of all. The bleeding wasn't very heavy, just a persistent trickle for a couple of hours, and it took nearly a week to dry up completely. I was left with two neat scabs that dropped off after about a week. The remaining scar tissue was more sensitive than the nipples had ever been and were quite a source of pleasure. I should stress that the procedure was carried out with 100% attention to hygiene.

Last year I decided to go a bit further. I'd seen pics on BME of guys (some quite young) who'd had their nipples and the surrounding aureolae removed, leaving them with a neat scar. I discussed this with a mate who is handy with a scalpel and he offered to do the job. Bearing in mind this was a bigger project involving cutting, peeling away some skin and suturing afterwards I opted for a few shots of Xylocaine. Again, 100% attention to hygiene. When he peeled back the skin there was an area of opaque jelly-like substance beneath where my nipple buds had been. We decided this was nerve tissue and my mate scooped a lot of it out with the scalpel (Thank God for Xylocaine). The sutures came out after a week. For a month after that the extreme ends of the scars itched a bit from time to time, but there is no sensitivity in the former nipple area at all now.

Perversely I find the lack of sensitivity makes me very horny. My hands often stray to where my nips used to be, expecting to find sensitive bumps and instead there is nothing there and no feeling either.

Nipple removal was a great fantasy and I've not regretted making it a reality. It's not my place to tell you how to order your life, but please bear in mind that with any amputation there is no way of replacing what has been removed. You must be totally certain that it's how you want to be for the rest of your life.

By the way, some sharp-eyed reader is certain to notice that this looks like a post they read on BME. That's because it was my posting.

Thanks, Eunuch2001. That's the hottest story I've ever heard. I'm glad you're happy with your choice. Like I say, I don't think I'd actually do it. I've been tempted in the heat of working on my nips, but I don't think I want to be without them permanently. I've never heard from anyone who did it, so thanks again.
