How would estrogen treat the male body when used with anti-androgen?
( Except for possible breast development )

Well aside from breast development, your skin gets softer, fat starts to collect in different areas like the hips, your muscles (like in your arms) start to decrease (I'm now starting to find it more difficult to open things like jars), your body hair gets softer and less thick, and I'm sure there's other things I've left out.
I've found it also affects your moods and emotions, as I seem to be more emotional now, but that may not be solely due to taking estrogen.
I'm sure someone else can add other things I've missed.

Don't some of these things occur by only taking anti-androgen?

I'm kind of a student of hormones. Some of the things I've read are.
Body odor changes. *much less.
Some senses are wired a bit different. Some people report color, taste, smell changes. Smell becomes stronger. In other words you might be more sensitive to smells.
Mood changes. How you deal with things changes. Emotion becomes a stronger chain in your make up.
Erections start to become more difficult. Orgasm becomes different. Like waves rather then an explosion?
Fat redistributes. Your hips, but fill out. Weight gain changes happen.
For those that need Estrogen (m2f) they often report postive feelings but its possible that this is (at least some) emotional vs medical?
