I have fantasy desire later in life to cut off one testicle by qualified surgeon.

I want to have an inguinal incision under local anaesthetic.

Once the testicle is exposed and tied off i wanted to cut it off myself.

What i would like is to be erect and ejaculate as i cut.

Does anyone now if erection would be possible wile local anaesthetic is affecting the inguinal incision?:dong:

If a local is done it could effect the erection. All depends on how the local is injected.:dong:

Inguinal castration is a more complicated operation then the sack castration. You would be put to sleep with an general anesthetic. With you being asleep the doctor would do the cutting and I do not think he would be trying to make you ejaculate. That could problems of getting the ejaculate in the incision and cause infection.

Are we feeding the trolls again?

Shouldn't this post have been moved to the fantasy board? 🤷

while it's theoretically possible to be awake for a inguinal castration via spinal block. There's no legit doctor that would ever do such a thing as what you are asking. And I say with confidence you won't find any kind of doctor to do it. I want to say however if one is to castrated, inguinal is the best because while it is major surgery they remove the cords as well. the cords reattaching is the painful problem of other forms of castration.

If the idea of getting your nuts cut of is sexually arousing, you will almost certainly regret it. Try some chemical castration to gain some perspective on your desires.

Agree wholeheartedly with Ramses. It sounds as if you are into more fantasy than reality Castr8. Castration will be a major life change. Test the waters first and try chemical castration, then you'll know for sure if you want to become a eunuch. A lot of men fantasize about getting castrated, but fantasy and reality are very different.

Inguinal castration is used in case of testicular cancer, when the cord could contain cancer cells, so is needed to remove everything, the testcile and the whole cord.

Andi i think that after the operation walking should cause pain for the cut in the abdomen.

And, as other have said, only a crazy medical doctor would ever done the thing you said.

That is the only way my Urologist would perform it. And, from reports I have read, having them removed through the scrotum could lead to complicatin of the severed cords adhering to the scrotum or someplace else and cause even more pain. Mine was done on a outpatient basis. The Dr. gave me high powered pain med but all it did was cause constipation. Out of 60 pills (for two surgeries) I took 3. I resorted to ibuprophen (generice type for Sam's Club) and had better pain control. As to walking, I had absolutely no problem with walking, sitting, or lying down. With the ibuprophen, I only took 4 the first day and then two when needed from then on. I have photos of my self after the operations but they are too big to become an avatar. I do love being nutless.

Beyond the general anesthetic, a local anesthetic is used to further reduce any potential response in that area. Ejaculate can cause infection if it enters the area of the incision.

Even during a more common scrotal castration, a local is used and the doctor will wait for any erection to pass and the flaccid penis will be taped up to the belly before proceeding with the operation. There may be ejaculation prior to the administration of the local, but if there is an ejaculation does occur, the area will be sterilized again before the doctor will proceed.

Sepsis is a very serious concern anytime there are wounds (including any operations) present. Even for a scrotal castration, a large area, often including half way down the thighs, is thoroughly shaved before proceeding to insure sterility of the area of the incisions.

Any hair, even so fine that it cannot be seen, is still shaved off. Even children have very fine (pre-pubescent) hair. Hair can harbor numerous germs if hair remains in place when the operation is done.
