Hi. I bought Vitex and Black Cohosh today. Just wondering how many mg. of each per day is effective/safe. Thank-you for any input I may receive.

Not sure what you expect to obtain from taking these herbs. They are often taken by post menopausal woman to help counter the effects of reduced female hormones. The help gained is very questionable and not proven to be of much help.

As a castration drug you are out of luck.
