Well, I have to admit I hadn't noticed it either.

But there again, I haven't (so far) felt the urge to look for it!

Hell, I just found the "top" button last year, and I helped install this silly thing the very first time! (I was also the one who blew it up the first time, too...)

You are not alone. I used to trudge through all the forums until one day I found that special button. DOH!

It's a bit tricky but I have that button bookmarked. So I never actually need to click it.
