The first vid is an african tribe doing a psuedo penectomy; catration is not involved.

No, it is inverted, or tucked in, with crude stitches placed over the inversion. The penis is still there, hacked a bit and tucked out of sight.

Looks like they cut off most of their victim's penis off, leaving only a stump, which they cauterized. And, does anyone have a good translation of the Spanish subtitles in the video, particularly: "Le cercenan de el pene", which Babel Fish translates as "They clip to him of the penis"? Also, if I'm understanding the subtitles correctly, just going from the Spanish I've learned and Babel Fish translations, it looks like they're going to leave their victim's body for the hyenas.

The first vid shows a brutal execution and (a dying) body mutilation. Penectomy is the least of the victim's problems.
