I have been, "One Hung Lo" since January, 1968. Prostrate cancer scares me
and after a satisfactory sex life I am considering becoming a eunuch. After
the other one is gone - with Viagra will I still be able to become erect?
I do want the sac removed. I this customary?

The fear of prostrate cancer is a real fear that many of us share. You are getting to the age where the chance increase with every year. You did not say why you lost the first testicle. You have a chance to find a doctor that could remove the other testicle. If you have your PSA levels increasing you have a far greater chance of having it removed.
As for the sack removal that is a different story. I do not here of that being done in normal castrations unless there is a medical reason for the removal. Most will find the sack will shrink to a much smaller size in time.
Viagra should work about as good as it will work now for you. Cialis may be a better choice for it can last for 36 hours of fun and enjoyment.

I was born with a undescended testicle. I joined the USAF under "Project
100,000" with a hernia. This program was devised by McNamarra to put more
poorly educated blacks into combat. The military as a whole took in people
that they were unable to join under other circumstances. They took those who needed to become literate and taught them and operated on us that had
minor medical problems. I was treated at Wilford Hall Medical Center in San
Antonio and it was determined that removing my right testicle was needed to
deter cancer.
Now, forty years later - I am experiencing some concerns and removl of the
other testicle may be addressed.
