I am an exercise person.. twice a day and LOVE IT. Will castration greatly effect my exercise plan? Will I have to change my life style? My surgery date is April 18th (next week). Can anyone help me about this'?
Thanks!!

It would be my bet that it will effect your energy alot, especially without HRT replacement therapy. If nothing else, it won't help your energy levels any for sure!! Don't mean to sound like a pessimist but I think that I'm not faar from the truth, anybody here disagree with me here

If one is transitioning, I would expect that they would be using estrogen. Presumptively, an adequate supply of that hormone would counter the loss of testosterone preventing most if not all of the energy loss. With the depletion of testosterone and a failure to provide any replacements (either T or E), then I would expect a loss of energy - greater fatigue levels. However many report that this lessens over time (a few months).

I have noticed an energy loss - get tired easier, etc. I am not on any form of HRT.

Either I searched the wrong places or answers are not posted about when tiredness is not an issue any more and when strength can start to come back. My last dose of andocur was on June 27th, I was taking 200 mg divided into 2 doses in AM & PM for 8 days.
I have noticed answers about sexual function returning, have noticed a few posts about very quickly have tiredness and weakness issues, did not find any comments about when tiredness and weakness become a none issue after stopping short term use of Androcur. My tiredness is about the same but from what I can do in a type of group weight training my strength is still decreasing. The effect was first noticed on day 3 of Androcur 2 more days of pushing the same weight with a lot more effort and exhaustion, after this and up to and including class on July 1st I have continued to drop amount of weight and still wear out and do less work the before. I consider tiredness how much sleep I need and exhaustion meaning muscle fatigue during exercise.
I know YMMV, I am wondering if any answers are available from others?
My energy level is still low after being off my 2nd time on Androcur. It has been 3 weeks before I restarted TRT.
My testosterone level with out the effect of Androcur gets down to 130 ng/dl, never checked what it is with the effect of Androcur. I have been back on TRT and do not know if its effects are still blocked by Androcur , but my exercise endurance is still very low. I run out of steam using lower weights in a body pump class compared to what I could do in Feb. 08 and my broken foot was a major problem at that time.
Hope this info helps
