I'm not so sure that first one is legit...too many unintended clues give it away as fake.

1. The guy really isn't putting up much of a resistance, he's "acting."

2. The men are all black, the women are all white or light skinned...what culture is THAT?!

3. The machete is overly large.

4. The penis looks...oddly fake.

5. The editing is overly intrusive, and the shots (particularly the "money shot" of the so-called penis flying away) are extremely short.

6. Speaking of editing, the views of the veiled woman seem staged...would any culture where veils and burkahs are worn allow a video camera to get in a woman's face to see her reaction to an emasculation?

7. No context at all is given for this...is he a rapist? ...some other kind of pervert? ...an actor? Who knows?

8. And finally, one has to ask with every video you see, "Why is this being taped?" When I see YouTube videos, there is often one where a tree falls on a truck, or a someone catches a UFO while they're taping a garbage pile, or something...and you have to ask, why would anyone be taping a garbage pile, or someone cutting down a tree in the first place?

IMHO.

The first one is a segment from a movie (as in feature film). It isn't "fake" it is entertainment...

All I can say is Repugnant, Distasteful and Disgusting. I don't want to have a dick but I just don't get the pain and suffering thing.

I seems real cause it is, that is the normal punishment for those caught while committing a rape in some african cultures. Although this video was filmed after a tribal conflict, so what it's really showing is mob cruelty.
