I am planning my castration in the next coming months. I would like to talk about the period after this procedure.

Hi dutchy_zmeer,
What are your reasons for wanting to be castrated (sorry, I'm usually too lazy to look up profiles

)? It's always good to know the reasons and make sure they are valid beforehand.
Who will be castrating you? Hopefully a licensed doctor. With anyone else just about anything can go seriously and dangerously wrong.
What do you mean by you want to talk about the period after the procedure? I hope it's not that you don't know what will happen after castration because if this is true, it really isn't wise to even consider castration until you know everything about what it does to your body. Some of these things you might find you don't like at all. And once you are cut, it is too late to ever get them back.
If you are planning surgical castration, the best thing to do is always try chemical first. This will help you understand what real castration is going to be like.
Hope I helped

I disagree with plix. Castration is very much like a vasectomy: the only permanent effect is the loss of one's ability to procreate. One can always take hormones to bring back the sex drive.
And you don't owe anyone a justification. That's crap. It's your body. Personally, I think these people who jump in and out of bed with complete strangers are the ones who need to justify their actions.

A vasectomy does not deprive you of male hormones, and HRT is not the same as having testicles.
Since it is their own body people do owe it to themselves to make sure this is what they really want because it is completely IRREVERSIBLE. Therefore chemical castration actually is the smart thing to do.

Castration is more like a vasectomy gone way too far!:D
If that is what you really want -- go for it.

I found androgel is actually better than natural hormones
about 10 years of experience with it.

I had a Vasectomy and it was a no scaple quick snip. Castration is a serious decesion but they are you balls! Castration should be as easy as gettng a Vasectomy, and many men should get castrated in society. VOL Castration, however is a long process to sift through for some, chem castration should be a first try to get used to when the physical castration is in place.
