Diminishing testicles and castration fantasies

Hi, I have had castration fantasies for year. Just seen some younger members here ask if this goes away once you start having 'normal' sex. Well, in my case the answer was a definite NO.

Over the years, even after i got married I kept having castration fantasies, and they even intensified. In some of my fantasies my wife castrates me, regretfully i never had the courage to share thouse fantasies with her.

Recently, my testicles bagan to shrink due to a disease, and my erections get weaker and weaker. We can't have normal sex anymore so most times my wife gives me handjobs, she never said anything about the reducing size and soft penis. Finally i got the guts and right timing to bring the subject up, and talk about it. Surprisingly, the fact that my balls are shrinking turns me on, i would even like it better if my wife would mention it in a sort of teasing or humiliating way, but she does not. She was willing to talk about it though, and has been very sympathetic and understanding. Being able to remain calm and not as horny as I used to be when she plays with my balls and penis is certainly a new and I must say very nice feeling.

My left testicle has almost completely vanished, and the right one has reduced in size about 50%. She tried to comfort me and tell me my right testicle is still normal, nice, i really liked it for this even though we both know it isn't true, but she admitted the left testicle is gone and that she can't find it anymore. Man this gets me horny (to the limitted degree of hornyness i can still get...)

Doe anyone have similar experience? i'd really love to hear.

What medical condition do you have that is causing the change in size and possible function of your testicles?

What's causing this is a chronic digestive system disease. As a side effect to the disease and perhaps some of the medications I am taking, my testicles have been shrinking over the past few years.

Has the doctor checked your prolactin level? Testicular atrophy (along with a host of other problems) can also be due to an undiagnosed prolactinoma. Medical texts, until recently used to say that these tumors were extremely rare and exclusively a woman's problem. Not true! Your chances of having one, man or woman, is about 22% during your lifetime. In a woman they are usually diagnosed by a gynecologist, in a man by a pathologist.

It might be worth checking out.

If you are under care of your doctor he should have a full blood workup preformed on you to test for the cause of the change in your testicles and changes in your body. If you are doing self diagnoses you could have far worse problems then you think you have. In general balls just do not shrink up in a few years without a medical condition or abuse. A trip to an endocrinologist should also be considered. You should discuss this with your doctor.

Thanks all, for the concern. I am under routine monitoring with specialists doctors. As some mentioned, testicles aren't the only problem, but since I already live with this disease for many years, and since this change is new, it got me thinking. I am well aware of the various symptoms and possible complications I am facing down the road.

Am very sorry to here that you are having some rather poor health related conditions. It is good to here that you are under care of a doctor and he is aware of your condition. Wish you all the best.
