i have had one of my balls cut out of my sac and left hanging outside of sac before being replaced and sewn up. i now wish to have this ball permanently removed. if i do this do i need hrt to live with just one ball or does the body cope by itself with one ball.

Your body will cope adequately it depends on your age, but many experience a very good and satisfying sex life with one

The remaining ball will most likely make enough hormones to replace the missing ball.

But what you are doing is very very very dangerous and can end you in the hospital emergency room or worse. You did not say who is helping you if anyone. If anything is not done just right you can bleed to death. It can take just minutes to happen.

You should not do anything like this alone. Things can go so wrong so fast that you can not help yourself or summon aid. --FLO--

The only way to experience the effects of castration is to go on chemical castration drugs. Removing a ball does not give you any idea of the effects at all. It is no test drive of any kind. What you are doing is not any kind of experiment on the effects of castration. You need to read about castration before you make mistakes that will ruin your life.

I can attest that having one teste removed has no effect on ones sex drive or potency.

Five years before I was born my father was kicked by a horse in the groin square on his left teste. Well in short it was destroyed and had to be removed. so here I am living proof one teste gone has no effect.

thanks for your advice but i will definitely be having my second ball removed as well but not done at the same time. i will probably have it removed about 6 months later.

i would love to have it tortured beyond repair before it is removed. i would idealy like to find someone to squash or mutilate it and then remove it.(maybe by qa female as this would be my last day as an intact male.)
