That aircraft is a U.S. Navy A-3 Skywarior, the LARGEST and heaviest aircraft to regularly operate from aircraft carriers. The maximum take off weight is around 78,000 pounds, that is just under the weight of a fully loaded "eighteen wheeler" (80,000 pounds). The aircraft was nicknamed "The Whale" because it was so big in comparrison to other aircraft on the flight deck.

The "Skywarrior" or "Whale" if you prefer that nickname, was originally developed to deliver nuclear weapons, but the aircraft was refitted to serve as an electronic warfare platform (radio and radar eavesdropping) designated "EA-3B" and also as a airborne fuel tanker designated as "KA-3" to transfer fuel to other aircraft. Also, at least one that I know of was a VIP transport for high ranking types.

The Air Force also used the same airframe, but they called it a "B-66" and they refitted their B-66 for electronic warfare, that variant was an "EB-66." If you like war movies, there was a movie based on the real events of an Air Force officer who was in an EB-66 that was shot down over North Viet Nam. The movie was called "Bat-21" and starred Gene Hackman. You don't really get a good look at the B-66 in the movie, but I am sure that if you do a web search for "A-3," "Skywarrior," and maybe "B-66" you should get some good photos of it.
