Get a Mac! More expensive, but certanly more hearty, and much less susceptible viruses!

Two wonderful friends are letting me use their older Apple. I hope to install it later this week. Miss you folks.

I've never owned anything but Apples and Macs but I've heard horror stories about Dell. I'm glad your friends let you use their Apple if only because being offline is HELL.
I like my iMac. I'm still figuring out things on it but fortunately IE and others bought me a book: iMac OSX for the Complete Idiot. That fits my needs perfectly.
I hope to see you online here more often. You are missed and I miss your wit too.

The Apple was too old for a link to the web. I am working on the PC. Dell might not be a fault. A failing bushing in the cooling fan of the power pack might have caused my problems. Who knows.
