Forwarding Private Messages

Why can I not forward a PM to my regular e-mail account for access from another computer??? I have tried several times with no such luck. Why is this??

The "forward" option is not meant to forward to an email address, but to forward the private message to another user.
There is no way to forward a private message to an email address, as there would be no way to email any replies to the person who sent the message.

Do a cut and paste and email yourself. Cut the message content and paste it into an email.
