Re: Ethyl Alcohol Teste Injection
Although you won't find very much written about "REM sleep" deprivation due to castration, it is a reality caused by hormonal fluctuations. When REM sleep is interrupted or unreached, your body does not feel well rested. REM sleep (rapid eye movement) is when your body mends and heals itself, without it or without much of it, your body will feel tired. Again, castration disrupts hormonal functions and the body needs time, lots of time to readjust, this readjustment is what causes eunuchs to feel tired a lot, at least initially. I actually had to use over the counter sleep medications to help me sleep because sleep deprivation was so hard to deal with. You know you're missing REM sleep if you're not dreaming or not having nocturnal erections. The correlation between castration and a lack of REM sleep seems obvious, castration disrupts the REM sleep cycle due to the removal of testosterone. I also know that an increase in oestrogens inhibit REM sleep. http://www.hghacademy.com/human-growth- ... ging16.htm
"Heart rate and breathing rate are irregular during REM sleep, again similar to the waking hours. Body temperature is not well regulated during REM. Erections of the penis (nocturnal penile tumescence or NPT) normally accompany REM sleep. If a male has erectile dysfunction (ED) while awake, but has NPT episodes during REM, it would suggest that the ED is from a psychological rather than a physiological cause. In females, erection of the clitoris (nocturnal clitoral tumescence or NCT) causes enlargement, with accompanying vaginal blood flow and transudation (i.e. lubrication). During a normal night of sleep the penis and clitoris may be erect for a total time of from one hour to as long as three and a half hours during REM. Research urologists have found that the increased blood flow during NPT and NCT episodes may prevent excessive collagen from forming in the erectile tissues (sinusoids) of the clitoris and penis."

I agree with Danni, this forum kept me hopeful and helped me finally become a real eunuch.

Lose of strength and fatigue are the classic symptoms of testosterone deficiency.

Re: Ethyl Alcohol Teste Injection
Wow! I've just finished my 9th set of Everclear injections 30 minutes ago. I know that the majority, if not all, of my leydig cells were killed prior to these injections. However, I did .4 ml of Everclear per testicle just for good measure. I'm so excited and confident that this will probably be the last testicular injection I'll ever need! I also hope the best for others who are still on this injection journey.
It didn't hurt as bad as last time, but I still had to take my time in order to let the ache pass every time I pushed the plunger a unit or two. I have an appointment scheduled for April 7th for my primary care physician. Excuse me, I'm actually kind of drunk while I text this from drinking.
Chasing with bottles of water right now to flush out the remaining alcohol in my digestive system, but the alcohol will help me sleep god tonight, lol. Of course I've gotten purposely intoxicated right before injections to decrease my inhibitions, thus being less apprehensive to stick the syringe needle into my balls. I like beer! Anyway, you can tell I'm loony right now, and not sober, but hopefully if and when my primary care physician refers me to a urologist to examine my atrophied testicles, my testicles will be D.O.A., and they'll remove them surgically.
If you all have any comments or questions, pour it out!

Wish you all the best Marcy and hope that this part of your journey is over! I'm really happy for you, I know how much you want this. Congrats! Do be careful with the drinking, I come from an alcoholic family and you don't want alcohol to ruin your life, now that it's just starting.
Also, are you planning on doing anything else when your testicles are removed? I mean, have you thought about MtF surgery? Not that it's necessary, for a lot of transsexuals castration is enough. I do know that since my castration I've developed an aversion towards my penis that I didn't have before and I have had incessant thoughts about removing it. I'm not sure, but I think this aversion has to do with higher levels of female

know if you also develop an aversion towards your penis after your castration is confirmed.

Re: Ethyl Alcohol Teste Injection
Injecting a needle, and fluid, into one's body comes with great risks. And those risks are only amplified now that yet another killer bacteria is on the loose.
It has been weeks now since my last injection of alcohol into my testes (6th, 7th? I lost track). They are lumpy, hard, shrunken. In a very non-scientific way, for me, this process has really worked. And I consider myself very lucky that no harmful or life threatening side effects happened.
Officially I discourage anyone from doing this. Just because it worked for me, or others must not be interpreted as reason enough for you to proceed. And then, one must always be on the lookout for false prophets who claim to have done this, with no problems, as a way to lure others into doing something that may be harmful.
But in particular, in any syringe and injection situation, this must be done in an absolute sterile manner, lest one get an ordinary germ infection, or a killer bacterial infection.
In retrospect, injecting my testicles with alcohol was dumb, stupid, risky. Having dead nuts isn't worth the risk of serious illness or death. So think twice, even thrice, before doing this, and if you proceed, be clinical about it, and even then, you could still have unpleasant, harmful, or worse results.
Nevertheless, I am tickled pink that my nuts are dead. In time, with a little bit of luck someday, maybe they will be set free.

So, I'm not quite sure how long to wait before seeing the doctor, anybody know how long one should wait before going in to get the "discovery" visit. I've been thinking of heading in, but I'm real nervous about it

Hi Hash! Thank you for your support! Also, I understand the detrimental effects of alcohol abuse, and I definitely will not be abusing it. I know that it would not only be bad for me, but also for my family and those around me.
About surgery, I DEFINITELY have an aversion to my penis, and will be getting either MTF SRS, or a full penectomy/nullification, whichever comes within my grasp. I do kinda feel sorry for my genitals and what they have and will go through, but I refuse to live with male genitalia for long. If I can't get a vagina constructed into me, I'll settle for the "smooth look" and get a penectomy. If I do get a penectomy or nullification, I hope that the surgeon puts my urethra in the female position and NOT in the perianal position.
The only problems with surgery I face are finances and location (I live in Granite City, Illinois), and I don't have a driver's license or adequate driving skills yet. I probably have less problems with finances than trying to find a hospital that will offer elective penectomies. There are cosmetic surgery loans out there, or so I've heard. I'm not too crazy about an active sex life or penetrative sex. I would prefer to get intimate with my potential partner though.
Thanks for commenting to me!
