The serious long lasting ones began after I was burned and hospitalized. These new ones tend to last several hours. I've had them for years but in past I've had only 1-3 attacks per year, always at night and lasting 15 to 30 minutes.

These new one are scarier as they last hours

Please have the doctors examine you. This is serious and we need to find what is happening to you.

I'm serious. You hurt from these attacks.

I saw my surgeon this afternoon and he was happy with his work. He said no more bandanging my hand or leg asa he wants them to breathe.

He prescribed 20 mg Paxil for my nerves

Excellent, it may take a bit for the Paxil to click in but it will. I took it for a long time and like it. NO MORE SEX with Paxil but you DON'T Care. You are one of us, already.

Yeah, I noticed Rosa (right hand) wasn't as cute as she was last night.

I was a nervous wreck from 10:00pm to 6:00am. I think I got about three hrs sleep from sheer exhaustion. If I thought my future was going to be like the past few days, I'd have gone by now.

I had been plagued by anxiety, about 24/7, since early childhood, and occasional panic attacks. About 10 years ago, my physician prescribed Prozac which gave me hot flashes and severe vertigo. He changed my prescription to Paxil and, for the first time since I entered elementary school, I found myself free of anxiety most of the time.

I am claustrophobic and confinement in a small space is the only thing which ever triggers panic attacks now. Otherwise, I am free of them. I am now taking Effexor only because Paxil tends to cause, or at least favor fluid retention and I was already bothered by that. Effexor does not have that side effect.

Paxil has been, if not a life-saver, at least a life-enhancer for me.

The medication will take time to work, but it will. Sorry for your agony.

I was going to walk to Coco's Restaurant for breakfast but the nurse gave me a ride. I ate and rode the bus home. I'm munching on my blueberry muffin now
