A few hours ago I injected my left nut with a small amount of CaCl mixed with 25% 190 proof Everclear (apologies for my typo of 95 proof on my last post).
No pain in the nut at this point. It's not even tender.
As expected, it's already increased significantly in volume and I have a minor ache in the lower abdomen.
Nothing really to report, other than the deed has been done. Looking forward to the days and weeks ahead, as it joins its (now) much littler twin, hopefully in the same smallness.
All through this process, I've been eyes-wide-open as to the risks... as should anyone who wishes to damage their balls.
If I end up having to be castrated as a result of this process, it's all good. I made sure that I accepted and understood the worst possible outcome long before I ever put that first needle into my balls.
The experiences I've written on these pages are my own. They are not intended to be prescriptive in any way as to the outcome anyone else might expect.

It's been 12 days since I re-injected my left nut.
For me, the second attempt was not as difficult as the first.
The nut was swollen to probably three times its volume prior to injecting, but the pain was not really that much of an issue.
Swelling started to go down after about five days.
It's still quite swollen, but now has the lack of sensation and hard touch of its sack-mate.
I'm hoping the days ahead will mate it up with the right: small, hard and sensation-less.
I've noticed the last few days out running that I feel like I have prosthesis in my scrotum. I can feel there's something present, but it's not they're connected to me in any way anymore.
I see my urologist in November for another ultrasound.
I'm okay if my nuts stay. I'm okay if they have to go.
I am, however, delighted that I no longer have huge nuts. They hurt when I ran. Now it's like they're there, but I'm not aware of them anymore.

So I've been wondering about the percentages. I believe it was splitdick that was talking about literature 20-50% CaCl but every time I see ethanol used the dose used is 20% maybe 30%. Looking at the literature from dogs 27mm 2ml @20%. So for larger say 32mm, 3ml/cc a 40% or 50% would be too much?

I don't think you should increase both concentration and volume. Stick with 30% and just get the volume right. The method is extremely dose dependent, but that is more about the volume. 2CC is likely sufficient for most guys' balls. Somewhere way back in the thread, we were doing some calculations on what would be right volume.
Like everything humans do, we tend to think "more is better". But if you do too much volume then it will leak inside the scrotum and will cause serious ulcerations, pain and other complications. And if you do too much concentration, it will cause a more immediate damage but that isn't a good idea because this method is meant to prevent long-term cell regen rather than do immediate damage. It is painful enough at the 30% concentration, I suspect you could encounter extreme pain with higher concentrations.

The day before yesterday I injected 2ml of calcium chloride mixed with alcohol into the upper (chord) end of the right testicle. I have few soft spots left to inject having done so many alcohol injections. I think I squeezed in too much as the testicle and chord is massively swollen. The pain was intense about 4 hours after injecting. It is now very tender and I think starting to go down.
I see a doctor next week and I want to make sure that I have the best chance of a recommendation for removal.
It is a good juncture to remind people to inject along the whole length of the testicle either with a long needle and gradual withdrawal or use a short needle and inject along the side to make sure the whole testicle gets a dose.

PS My appointment was cancelled so I just did the left agin today with 1.5ml with two very swollen balls and a lot of pain....maybe next week........

I would think you would want most or all of the swelling gone and some time passed before you see the doc. You probably don't want it to look like something happened in the last few days.

I actually visited the ER 3 days after my last injection and was immediately kicked to high priority status. I am sure that had there been a urologist on duty that day they would have been removed there and then as did in fact happen with another guy here in Australia a while back. I actually think that presenting with severely swollen testicles advanced my cause.

Sure you'll be put on high priority status, but once they start asking questions it can get pretty serious. In many jurisdictions if it seems that you self-harmed you can be put under involuntary psychiatric hold and monitoring. Plus it will go on your medical record. In the US it can complicate your insurance coverage -- for example every time I go to ER here, insurance inquires whether it was an "injury" and if you say yes then they'll try to investigate because they will want to sue the homeowner or workplace or auto insurance depending on where you claim the injury happened.
I think it is much better to see regular doctor with drastically atrophied testicles than to go to ER with obviously traumatized testicles.

I did not go to ER because work got in the way. I am going to my doctor today though. I have a long history of orchitis going back 10 years. It is not unusual for my testes or epidydmus to be swollen , infected..... I use a very fine needle and there is no obvious trauma or bruising. I hear what you say and it is probably better to wait. However, I have had atrophied testicles for a long time and there is a real reluctance to remove them. they are trying to save me!
