Mine aren't for injections into the region by my urologist, and he's stuck needles into un-numbed areas before.
The flinch really wasn't that bad, nor was there likely much risk to either of us.
He just backed off and used more novocaine.

Re: Seeing Dr Arnkoff next week
I was not restrained. I was quite numb and knew not to move. Just like going to the dentist

First, Congratulations!
Second, I read though the thread and don't recall seeing your questions or Dr. A's answers about scrotectomy. Any details you can share? Even considering the stitch issue would you consider him for that?
ll post about here later.monkey50 (imported) wrote: Sun Sep 06, 2015 8:44 am I asked a few questions about scrotectomy (which I plan as a next step, but wanted to get the information while I had him), which I

I asked him about doing both procedures at the same time and he indicated that he was not comfortable doing that as the subsequent swelling would make things difficult and recommended waiting six months before doing the reduction. One of the members here did get them both done at the same time and IIRC, he had quite a bit of swelling and a much longer recovery time.
I thought about going back and really wanted to do so at the time, but didn't have the money. I started saving the money and by the time the six months was up, I really didn't care about it anymore, especially the thought of dropping another $3000.00 on the procedure that most likely, no one but me would ever see....
