There are only 3 episodes left.
Moi
Only 3 left you say, that is already 8 to many.
You mean its canceled??? It was a mini series and its thankfully over???
Tomorrow I get cable TV yes I finally broke down and gave in, they don't want you to get free TV from the airwaves, the single gets worse everyday, any weather and NO Signal. This is the new and improved digital TV that you now must get from Cable or not at all. So tomorrow I will get 150 stations, I am not sure how many of them I will actually watch or even allow my clicker to get to but I will pick up a couple that I have missed over the years. ESPN, SiFi, the Cooking network, Discovery, A&E, etc. The Home shopping network will be blacked out as will all religious channels, (freedom of choice) and even with all of that I can safely say that I will not watch the reruns of Revolution along with battle ship gagulla, and other attempts at science fiction that has been written by people who have never understood what SiFi is all about.

Sadly, bad news..... NBC has picked it up for a full season, 22 episodes. Moi means three more this fall, and then the rest starting next spring.

However, there is a function on the remote called "favorites" that you can program to show only the channels you want. There is no need to blackout or do anything other than not select a channel. Push two or three buttons and the cable box jumps to that channel. So much easier than blcoking.
Now every so often, one of the wildly goofy channels runs a good, old movie ..
Last night it was "Murders in the Rue Morgue" with GC Scott and Ian McShane. IT's one of the better oldies.
So I watched it and ignored the commercials.
Last night when I couldn't fall asleep I put on "Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkeban" while I wrote the opening of a short story. IT was better than listening to politics or watching Leno or Letterman half the night.

The Third from the Last Episode of the season is on this evening.
Eastward folk, try not to leak too much before my experience,
about the lost amulet and how they work.

That was not revealed last night.
The episode was a 1/2 step down but, still has footing.
Maybe they are spending too much time on footing and not enough on the current story.
The best sub story was the black guy who was meek and victimized before
and is now a psycho brutal sub commander of the Monroe forces.

Only Two Episodes Left.
What will River do without Revolution to diss
until next season

Wow, I didn't realize when we stopped talking about this.
I guess it bored the shit out of everyone.
But I got season ending news...
Spoiler alert if you have any idea of watching it... even thought that seems unlikely that you are that bored with life...
The spoilers are in nearly invisible "invisitext" that you have to "select" to read.
On the Penultimate show, they revealed that the Blackout is caused by microscopic nanomachines that suck up all the electricity. It seems on the fateful first day of the blackout someone released or activated the nanomachines and the damn little things are the size of viruses and only know two commands -- suck up electricity and reproduce.
On the season finale next Monday they will reveal "why" someone developed the nanomachines and released them.

I did pan this show at the beginning but I have since gone back and watched it all. I think they figured out about 6-7 episodes in that they needed to start explaining things related to the blackout sooner rather than later. It started picking up and is getting more interesting now that they have stopped ;ppomh for fsmmu and lo;;rf him pgg and are now concentrating on the societal implications of the lack of electricity.
If you want to know what I said in the last sentence, type in the character one key to the left of what you see above, on a standard keyboard, to make the words appear. It's a spoiler and reveals something you might find annoying about the story if you have not seen it yet since most of the first episodes revolved around it.

Knocking off the kid was a good move.
Otherwise, as much as I hoped this show would gain traction, it remains - hope.
I had more faith in Terra Nova. It was actually demonstrating story and not just frills at the end.
Any SciFi should get a 2 year chance to find itself.
SciFi Channels "Defiance" premieres Monday and looks like another, after the apocalypse but
features aliens of the ET type,

and peoples, as best as I can grasp the story so far.
I think of all, I miss the Space Station scenario ala Bab 5 or ST DS9
