Terry

I recall that Siterone (etc.) doesn't actually prevent the production of testosterone (from testicles or from anywhere else). It prevents Testosterone from converting to dihytestosterone (the stuff that actually affects manhood).

It is dihytestosterone that contributes mostly to hair loss.

Certainly if actual testosterone level is low there won't be much dihyT.

Keeping any amount of testosterone from converting to dihyT will still be needed for absolute minimal "maleness".

With a low T level, a drug like Siterone is not necessarily needed to stop T from converting to dihyT. Soy, licorice, and other natural foods can help minimize the conversion of T to dihyT. You can easily research this on the internet.

Hi 2bnutless,

Historically, I think that most folks are injecting somewhere between 1 to 2 CCs (mLs) per teste per cycle, with the cycle ranging between a few days to a week or so. Maybe you should consider using that regimine since there is experience with that regimine. I hope that you are ok.

I have been reading this thread with great interest. I have a question...what is your source of syringes and needles. The alcohol is easy to find but where do you get the needles?🙇

OK, big update. My urologist sent me in to an MRI earlier in the week. The boys are TOAST. The left one has some life still up by the epidydimus but they are otherwise thoroughly ruined. Last week, a sperm test (rolling eyes) yielded zilch, so there's no way to get my boyfriend pregnant.

Time to push hard on the pain front since the sack and cords really do hurt in the cold weather. There won't be any action until late January at the earliest because of my Christmas travel plans, but it looks like I might actually have a chance at success with all of this. I can't count my chickens yet though.

Still this is a bit of a relief.

Did my 15 injection tonight, It makes me feel better knowing I am doing something to destroy them. Last time as I have to go to my doc on the 28 and I hope the swelling goes down by then. No pain any more but they are large and hard.

Well update on my side. After approximately 12 injections over 3 months (2cc absolut x10 everclear x2) I went to the urologist for a "lump." The injections have left my testicles pretty lumpy. The urologist sent me for an ultrasound and found heterogeneous looking tissue without any masses. At my age (37) this is rare so he sent me for all of the cancer tumor marker blood tests and a neck to pelvis CT scan. Everything was normal so he did a biopsy on the right today. All I have to say is OUCH! The biopsy hurt more than any of my injections EVER. I let him do it in the office with just lidocaine. I figured that it couldn't be worse than the injections... wrong! I am hoping and praying that the pathology will come back undetermined so that I can argue to remove them all together. I still can't believe my damn balls of steel. After 12 injections Testosterone is untouched :(

For those of you who are injecting every day or close to it. I have noticed (and the literature supports) that you will see maximum atrophy at 30-60 days from injection. If you are injecting to close together you keep the swelling up. The swelling is fluid and will dilute your next injection unless you wait for it to go down first.

Good luck... As always please do not inject anything into your body because of what you have read on a board. Do research, read medical literature, then take your life into your own hands.

Hy Saywhat,

i believe the pathologist will find the reasons for your hard eggs and will determine the alcohol rest in the tissue-probe....

Im courious, what your urologist will say with these results...????:-\

I can tell you what mine has said (he hasn't seen the radiology report yet). "You must be from Mars, not Chicago, because I have never seen anything like this."

saywhat,

Your doctor must have done just a needle biopsy. My urologist did a surgical biopsy on me and insisted that I have a general anesthetic for it. I thought I could have handled it with local anesthetic but he wouldn't budge from the general. He removed the left testicle from my scrotum and then cut a piece out to send to the lab. He then sewed up the testicle and put it back and closed my scrotum. He also did a needle biopsy on my right testicle just to confirm it was similar. The diagnosis came back that both were atrophied (obvious from an external exam) and infarcted. I had a couple previous ultrasounds done and there was some indication of abnormal blood flow from the doppler ultrasound. Both my regular doctor and my urologist were puzzled by my balls but I didn't mention anything about the alcohol injections or taking chemical castration drugs. And the pathology results didn't mention anything about alcohol so I wouldn't worry about that at all.

I was hoping that he would remove them while he was doing the biopsy since the lab results come back quickly but he wanted to wait 3 months to see if they would recover at all as measured by my testosterone level. I made sure my testosterone level then was lower so he gave me the option to have them removed. At least then I got him to agree to let me be awake for that surgery. With a spinal block, it was absolutely painless.

Clysmaniac,

Thanks for your post. No my biopsy was a surgical biopsy. I would have been able to handle it fine except there is still one spot on my right testicle that is super sensitive. Because of the tough tissue he had to extend the incision in my testicle and happened to cut into that spot. That is when the pain started. I am fine today (24 hours later). I am hoping that they see some hypertrophy or other reason that I can use to get him to remove them. If not then I will finish them off with alcohol injections and try again.
