I hope you don't actually mean 30 cc. Do you mean 3 cc? Even that is too much for one testicle -- 2 cc is about maximum you should do for full-sized human testicle.

30cc ? that is bigger in volume than the testicle itself. shouldn't it be 3cc ?

Sorry .3ml/cc. First time about a year ago injected 1.5ml/cc the left did fine shrunk greatly and half of it hard as a rock. The left one burst and got major infection. Requiring removal but he did not remove the left one which I wish he had and I would not be doing this now! The night went pretty good and we will see how the low dose does. I did not want to over do it and have major problems again!

Just a quick update - My endocrinologist told me today that my T levels are at the bottom of a biological female range and my E + P levels are typical for a girl in mid puberty!! I feel really good, my boobs are now a c cup, my nipples are sensitive to the point it leaves my body shaking when someone plays with them.

Sore but not bad if the pain and swelling does not get a lot worse. Hopefully no major problems this time! Kept it to a small dose this time. How are you doing now?

It has been a wile since I posted and a lot has happened my testicles have totally disappeared.

I went to see my doctor after taking a look my doctor did a few tests on my hormone levels and my testosterone is at 33 ng/dl im not sure what that means but he said its female levels.

He says the other levels are showing total testicular failure.

he did an ultra sound as well after he was unable to locate testicles. In his own words "your testicles seem to be missing"

The ultra sound from what he said spermatic cords are far up into my body but no sign of damage to any thing but the cords he could not locate the testicals.

He said "I have never seen any thing such as this before there is no obvious cause for this to happen and no signs of damage it is as if they were cut off although no scar is present"

He asked me point blank "Did you cause the damage somehow?" I told him about what I did with the calcium chloride lidocane and alcohol.

he said "You could have killed by injecting a necrosis chemicals into your testicles" he went on a 5 min rant about that then informed me the lidocane was a some what bad idea at 10% concentration do the acidic nature of lidocane at that concentration and chance of hitting a blood vessel.

I can say with 100% certainty it works and it can work to the point they don't have to be removed do to being reabsorbed completely.

I am quite glad I did it I no longer need to take my anti-androgen and have as of today stopped taking it.

Happy times happy time no turning back now and I am so glad. I would like to thank every one for this info and wish any one to do this good luck.

I'm doing well. Right nut is effectively a goner. Hard, small with a raisin-like texture.

Left nut is slightly larger. Tiny bit of sensation in one area.

My urologist did an ultrasound a while back and gave me the option to take 'em out or keep 'em.

Since I've found the place I want to be, with small nuts, I've opted to keep them (for the time being anyway).

For the first time in many years, running is no longer painful in my shorts.

Glad to hear all is going as you want!

I am feeling good about this round and hoping it might be the last.

It is for sure doing something but time will tell how much as I would love to have it absorbed along with the rest of the mass! Injecting it was somewhat challenging this time due to the condition of the damage from the previous injection. The pain was more tollerable this time. Still very tender but most pain gone. Knowing how much to inject is kind of a challenge!

My own experience with a rather small, and single, dose of 0.5cc in each testicle says to me that smaller injections can ultimately end up quite successful.

I believe I may have taken longer than most to achieve significant reduction in the volume of my balls, but I also seem to have avoided a lot of the difficulties others have had with injecting larger volume.

In the original livestock studies, on which this method of castration has its roots, I firmly believe the objective was to achieve sterility in as short a period as possible.

The goal was not castration.

Testicular atrophy seems to have been a likely unintended side-effect of the injections.

It's been just about a year since I injected my balls. It took quite a few months before I observed significant reduction in the volume of my testicles.

In that time, the right testicle has become what I'll term a lifeless mass in my scrotum. The left seems to have a little life left in it in a small area.

The ultrasound identified adequate blood flow to both, negating the need to remove them immediately.

That said, the urologist has follow-ups scheduled every four months to observe any change in condition. He cautioned that I should prepare myself for their ultimate removal.

If that happens, that happens. Either way, I'm gold. I plotted this journey because I wanted small balls.

In the meantime, I've been toying with the idea of doing a smallish re-injection of the left testicle, targeting the area where I still have sensation.

It might be kinda cool to have 'em both killed off.
