Well, I decided to inject one more time before seeing a doctor, given that I got .65 in last week, this week, pushing the needle in was a bit of a challenge which is a good sign that the right one is throwing in the towel, but I still managed to get .5cc into it, so I'm not sure what to think about it. I'll prolly still make an appointment next week to get my levels tested. Now can I just go in and ask for a blood test and it'll show up or do I have to request testosterone be tested?

On a semi-related side note, I had a dream last night that I had finally had enough and had my friend cut them off, she pulled one out of the small scrotal pouch that was also cut off and smashed it with the side of the butcher's knife that was used to cut them off, then smeared it across the table, in the dream it looked like spreading peanut butter. Just a wierd little dream

Oddly enough, I craved peanut butter later in the day

I'm waiting on my testicles to shrink to about a centimeter in diameter, then telling my doctor about it, to try to get them removed. I'm getting my testosterone checked too. I wish checking your testosterone or estradiol was as simple as checking your blood glucose level. I mean, technology should've advanced enough by now to make that a possibility. Just buy a testosterone meter from the store and you're set. Oh well.

And yeah, that dream you had was pretty strange! Lol. In your dream, was the removal of your testicles painful?

I couldn't tell, the part of the dream I remember was just shortly after their removal, was looking at the scrotal sac which was oddly enough wrapped around the testicles not firmly, but enough to hold them, the testicles were kinda almond shaped, I remember feeling the opening where they were cut off, a hole about the size of a half dollar, in the dream it wasn't bleeding but was moist, I remember wondering if it would be able to heal up without a trip to the ER (Disclaimer: If you're testicles and sac get cut off completely, YES that is an ER trip in the real world!!!!! ) After that, I looked up and saw my friend who had a butcher knife in her hand, she pulled one of the testicles out of the sac and struck it with the flat of the knife, then smeared it like you would spread peanut butter, at which point, the testicle behaved like peanut butter in the dream, right down to smearing as a tan paste.

I often have very graphic dreams like this, most of them I don't remember, but I think this was the very first castration themed dream I've had. I've had many dreams about being "male" but everybody accepts me as a female, those kind of dreams usually lend me a tiny bit of hope. I have many other dreams but not all are based around sexuality or things of that nature, most of my dreams play out like movies, where I'm not involved at all.

good luck. I am doing my 4th set of injections with Everclear 190 proof tonight. Unfortunately i can not yet live as a female because of my job and son. but i can no longer live with the testosterone, i ran across the practice of alcohol injections and felt a sense of relief. i sure hope this works...i live in the KCK area and know the frustration you must have gone through so far in your life......please keep us updated

Ihave just completed my 4th round of 190 proof everclear injections. 1.5 cc in each this time. It has been 8 days since last 1.5cc injection. My testicles are definately smaller than when i started but the pain this time was stupid bad... burning inside me....i sure hope this gets less painless and i am praying that it works.

Yeah, I'd be cautious about that since the smaller your testicles get, the harder they get, and that makes it more difficult to inject and keep the alcohol inside the testicles. So, the alcohol may squirt out of your testicles and into your scrotum, causing unwanted damage to your scrotum.

If they've already begun to shrink considerably, then reduce the injection to 1cc per testicle, and wait two weeks between injections. It allows more time for the alcohol to work and be cleared from the tissues. Because the alcohol dessicates (dries out) the tissues and scleroses (closes) the blood vessels, it takes longer after the first few injections. Pushing 1.5cc after they've already shrunk is likely responsible for the discomfort. Listen to your body and take advantage of others' experience.
