US SCROTUM - Details

• Narrative

Ultrasound scrotum.

Comparison: 4/14/2014.

Clinical history: Testicular lesion

Findings: The RIGHT testicle measures 4.8 x 2.6 x 2.5 cm (16.2cc). The LEFT testicle measures 4.1 x 2.9 x 2.3 cm (14.1cc).

Small intratesticular cysts on the RIGHT, at midpole level laterally, redemonstrated and measuring about 1.3 x 1.1 x 0.8 cm. This is not significantly changed from previous exam.

There is a well demarcated region of diminished echogenicity within the central portion of the LEFT testicle, with thin peripheral increased echogenicity and posterior acoustic shadowing suggesting associated bordering calcification. With application of color Doppler imaging, there is no internal blood flow in this vicinity. This region of abnormal echogenicity measures about 2.2 x 1.7 x 1.8 cm.

Background testicular vascularity is normal.

There are small areas of nodularity which are nearly isoechoic to the epididymis, and are not clearly distinctly separate from it. No increased blood flow exhibited throughout the epididymis. There is no evident hydrocele.

On the LEFT, there are 2 closely apposed similar regions of well demarcated relatively avascular and likely rim calcified echogenicity which measures, in aggregate, 1.9 x 1.9 x 1.7 cm. The findings are unchanged from prior study. Background vascularity throughout the remaining testicle is normal. Very small hydrocele noted. Grossly normal appearance of LEFT epididymis.

Impression

1. Findings are comparable to prior study, and again likely reflective of chronic calcified testicular hematomas or infarcts.

2. Previously depicted hypervascularity throughout the RIGHT epididymis has essentially resolved. Mild nodularity associated with the epididymal body is probably the sequelae of prior infectious or traumatic phenomenon.

I did remove my name and DOB, thank you.

Did injection #2 6 hours ago same process different amounts. I injected 1.2cc per testicle of calcium chloride.

I injected .5 cc of lidocaine in the scrotum and the testicle to get past the pain of the needle.

The pain came on very shortly after injection just above leg on each side at first a 10 out of 10.

the pain 6 hours latter is a 5 out of 10 and a 10 out of 10 if touched.

Hopefully this means they will die now.

More guys should get cc injection into their nuts. Especially married guys who's wives don't want sexual intercourse any more. Removing the males testes will be good for the marriage and financial situation.

On the other side, LCP, sometimes the wifes wants men with eggs, you understand?

I wife is sometimes so and sometimes in another mood. But you can as man not make your fat eggs onetime death and onetime full power, isntit?

hy stella, when i cut out my semencords 20 years ago, my juice mass wasnt decreased. because 90 % of our Juice comes from the prostategland, only 10 % from our eggs. So the injected eggs or the caped cords dont decrease our juice mass in a markable extent.

Thats my experience.

This is weird but they have gone from hurting to no feeling at all the scrotum has feeling but the testicles them self feel absolutely nothing.

I have tried to feel them but they are trying to hid inside of me. All I can say is they feel like rubber eggs no life in them from what I can tell.

I hope this means they are soon to be totally dead.

With 2 injections 2 weeks apart of 1cc each should be enough to kill them I am thinking about a number 3 just to be sure.
