When I weighed this morning, I had dropped below 170 for the first time since 1970. Along with the smoothies, cutting out Starbucks pastries seems to have made a difference.

Things like our local gay men's group saying, "Hey, come have dinner with us" or going to the amusement park last Friday where the food options do not allow you to stay on plan. I do try to stay reasonable when those things happen but the salt and calorie intake is usually way to high even with minimal intake. The foods at these events are usually very calorie dense with little to satisfy. I will say I'm 1.5 pounds up instead of 3 like I was on Sunday, so it's coming off.
I was hoping to be no more than 220 when I go to Florida next week, but that isn't likely to happen, but perhaps I can get to my second weight loss goal by then (224) which would represent a 10% total body weight loss to that point.

Its refined much like processed white sugar cane is already.

NB = The Dead Sea is so full of crytalline mineral compounds that even pharaohs would cover themselves from head to toe with this miraculous "mud". It detoxified and preserved the skin from the normal signs of aging.(For those batman fans, think of it as the lazarus pits)

youll shed pounds quick. I'm transitioning from a meat to vegan diet now.
PH blood levels lowering, losing weight even further, amazing blood pressure results(that of a 17 yr old)
And if that doesn't convince you this will

NB= After seeing this 2 weeks ago I'm tranning myself now to go vegan.(get a juicer and berry supplement mix)
Fuck meat. Fuck the shit they put in it.
The countless preservatives, antibiotics, tranquilizers, corn and grain fed GMO shit
Bet you didnt know it's the dead and alive bacteria from the meat that contributes to heart attacks and cardiovascular issues eh?
When you ingest it it raises uric acid levels and this is the ultimate killer.
It has always been the degree of body inflammation that kills cells.
The added saturated fat and blubber are a bonus
It just sucks that meat is sooo darn tasty!!!! LOL
Eat organic plant based fats(hydrophilic such as palm or coconut oil, hydrophobic such as virgin olive oil), plant based carbs(im now even beggining to think that white rice isn't as severe anymore)
and plant protein.(beans, beans, beans)

NB = In past I endorsed meat, but not anymore. And you may be thinking hey.....what if I buy grass fed beef(aka organic livestock cuts)?....Well the issue here is where in hell are you going to find a reputable vendor who doesn't feed his livestock crap?(same applies to chickens aswell)
It's much easier to find organic based veggies from hippies than it is to find a farmer practicing livestock like the good old mom and pop days.
Easier to fight Monsanto than meat Corps such as maple leaf
their "product" with a refined peanut oil cuz it's cheapfoxytaur (imported) wrote: Thu May 09, 2013 12:33 pm n vastly different climates on vastly different diets.
salt is not salt. there is industrially processed salt and there is natural unrefined salt in the natural crystal form with pockets of vital mineral brine within. some salt has shown to balance blood pressure whether high or low, and other salt is great for the roads in wintertime. sea salt is misunderstood because most sea salt is industrially processed. natural crystal sea salt with the brine is not 98% sodium chloride.
Salt is neccesary buffer for transmitting electrical signals to the brain.
A deficiency of salt can lead to death by hyponatremia
You need to consume a moderation of the right stuff Losethem
not shit like gatorade which contains table salt.
It really shouldn't restaurants and junk food like to coat
