After my fourth treatment last week, both testes, surrounding tissue and cords are numb. It must be my perception but from time to time the testes seem to change in size from smaller to larger then smaller again. They were definitely larger after injection 4, then shrank a lot, now seem to have bounced back a little. The right one is like a very hard rubber ball; it impossible to compress it and no matter how hard squeezed feels nothing - it is almost as if it is artificial. The left one is softer but when squeezed hard also feels nothing. Stopped the injections after # 4 and will wait and see what happens in the next couple of months. New baseline testosterone level will occur next month. Given the physical condition of my balls it is hard to imagine they could repair themselves and start producing more testosterone. I probably won't have much to post or report for awhile.

Scottie actually used lactic acid, which almost killed him. Last I heard, he had to wear a diaper 24/7, so I wouldn't advise trying that. It's also extremely painful.

OK, this would be SA-WEET! I've already done two, though my second was a week into my first and not two weeks but still. That would mean I have about five left to go till I'm castrated!

Erections are a little harder to get now and I'm a bit more emotional. Also I'm noticing my taste buds are getting more sensative like they did when I was on Siterone. All good signs.

Update on my most recent injection that I did on 13FEB11:

Everything is going well actually. I injected the right testicle and it was mildly uncomfortable to inject, but it was normal discomfort. The next day though I was perfectly fine. Normally its tender to touch or being hit and I didn't feel any of that the next day. I'm strongly considering doing another injection tonight before I leave on my trip. Hopefully my bottle of Siterone comes in today so I can keep it all going. I'm not sure how to interrupt this not feeling any dull achy pain the next day. So yeah, thats my update after my injection. Any suggestions? And remember I'm using 100proof vodka because I can't get a hold of a higher proof until after I get back from my trip since I have to have it shipped.

As for your next injection, don't rush it. Give the testicle a chance to clear what died before you hit it again.

Like many others who have gone the alcohol injection route, I transitioned directly from Siterone. By then, I had adapted to a lot of the effects of Siterone and, so far, the injections have subsequently caused little change so it has been difficult to identify any new results, other than to say that I'm pretty much the same. If anything, I might now have a bit more energy than before.

While on Siterone, I never reached castrate levels based on testosterone test results. I only was able to lower my level significantly. I wonder if anyone here who has completed a series of injections has ever reached castrate level this way. I know that some have used the injections as a means to be surgically castrated but I don't recall anyone saying that after the injections they were at a castrate level and their testosterone test confirmed it.

Today I put my 5th injection only on the right one. Same procedure as before.

The pain seems increasing each time. Possible explanations are:

1. I am getting more sensitive to pain as T goes down and estrogen replacement affects more my body.

2. My expectation the first time was of intense pain, and the pain I felt was much less hence I felt it was less painful.

3. At each shot I expect the tissue along with some nerves to die and the pain to be less, hence I feel it more.

Whatever is the reason. This last time, I almost fainted due to the pain. It took me some 4 min to recover from the darken vision. I tried with all my might to remain conscious as I had not the energy to go to the bed to lay down and did not want to fall in the cold bad room. The intense pain subsided after some 7 min. and right now feel not so bad there.

However, I decided to do this time only the right. I am afraid I might not be able to handle a similar pain today if I shot the left.

My libido is null. I feel sweet, and imagine I`m pretty and feel happy. I can focus better on my work when I rest enough, as I do need to sleep a little longer now. I do miss some sweet romance in my life. Hopefully in a year I will be able to be more passable and find some sweet fun person to romance each other of course in my girl role.

I am very sensitive to cold now. After 1 or 2 min in the cold is enough for me to feel it to my bones. So I am constantly wearing winter hat and gloves while most outside just the jacket.
