Just injected the right testicle for the 6th time now with 100proof Smirnoff. I went to market the other day looking for clear 151 rum and they only had the brown Bacardi 151 Rum. I'm not sure if thats safe to use so I'm going to stick with 100proof vodka for now. I injected 1mL into the right testicle. The discomfort was a tad bit more intense this time because I kept friggin moving the needle everytime I pushed on the plunger. I injected .5 into one spot and another .5 into a different spot. Alright I have nothing more to pass. So I will see you all next week.

I realize the 'addicting' thing that people talk about here is just about wanting to get rid of the testicles.

You finally have control now and it's working so you want to go into overdrive and want it done now.

Rushing, however, can lead to unneeded pain as you're injecting into swollen tissue. I've heard some here say that it leads to scar tissue as well, which in turn leads to larger testicles than you would have had if you had just waited for the swelling to go down.

It was painful enough my first time and I can't fathom how much more painful it is when you're injecting into swollen tissue.

It's only been 2 days but my left is back to normal while my right one is still swollen.

I'm glad I'm waiting until the 19th for injection #2.

I would suggest that the scar tissue is primarily caused by using large gauge syringes and having to inject more often when one uses a lower proof alcohol to get the desired results.

That's one theory and it's as good as any considering we're kinda feeling our way through this.

There are those that suggest that it's what happens when one injects into swollen tissue.

Hell, could be both - who's to say.

I'm having immense lower back pain today and I was thinking the everclear might be the cause BUT for a few factors.

1) Didn't have it yesterday

2) Only on one side - the left. If if were the kidneys, it would be both sides.

3) It wasn't that bad this morning and only got this bad when I laid down for a nap, so I'm thinking I slept wrong on it. Then I got up and did chores around the house and may have aggrovated it.

4) Heat makes it feel better - that tells me it's a muscle issue, not an internal organ issue.

5) I looked up renal failure and back pain isn't symptom.

More than likely I just strained it by sleeping on it wrong.

Will keep the group posted.

Wondering if there is anyone out there who has constant testicle pain that doctors can't seem to eliminate who have used alcohol injection as a way to eliminate that pain. This might kill sperm and testosterone production, but if done to only one teste might not prevent a person from still having a sex drive and be fertile (if that is important to them). From my personal experience 3 injections have have a complete numbing effect. This may vary from person to person. It's just a thought. I have read a number of posts from people who suffer from testicle pain; if nothing else works to eliminate it, this might be an option to consider (but not recommended as sticking needles and fluids into one's body can be risky........each must decide on their own)

Just a small update with a couple observations, no injection today, the right one is finally starting to take on a firmer texture, also, I think my scrotum is shrinking a little to accompany the smaller testicles, and it seems like it's pulled up tight a lot lately, dunno if it's the cold or if it knows it's not protecting anything worthwhile anymore

This would be really sweet because that means I only have two more injections to go before I get to this stage. My next is on the 19th and then I celebrate my 43rd birthday with injection #3 on March 5th.

I'm on injection 6 and it feels exactly the same lol....wishful thinking though. Update since my last injection: The site is still tender to the touch which is normal for me. The tenderness never really goes away in my opinion. Its always there. I do only space my injections by a week though so that may be the reason. I never really have what I call swelling, so I'm not sure if the swelling has subsided or not. I think that may do due to the fact that I'm not using Everclear. I really want to find an alternative to the Everclear because I can't get it here and 100proof isn't going to get the job done in a timely manner I feel. My doctor thinks he cured me with the shot of antibiotics he gave me, but I'm going to start complaining about the pain again. He's been pretty busy so I'll probably do it sometime next month. The good thing is I can just walk into his office and chat about lol.

- It should be 96% (192 proof) according to the site, which is similar in percent to the bottle I received yesterday (different brand - from belgium).
