You can try to go to a neighbour country. There are the laws not so extreme stupid and also it is cheaper in the eastern countries.

Currently I don't think Eastern Europe is an option for me. I still hope to get an OK in Germany and that health insurance will pay for it as they do for normal transgender.

Using alcohol injections is the most easy way here in germany and to do this is very easy here, because 95% ethanol is easy to get in the drugstore or from amazon "Weingeist".

Also the injections are extreme easy without much discomfort after.

Ive been to the vumc for my appointment.

I had a other doctor this time, as i had some questions about my Osteoporosis.

This time i got a supscription for calcium and vit. D.

Also a resupply of 3 months of Cyproterone acetate 100mg daily.

Over 9 months i get a dexa scan again.

Then they can see if it getting worse or if it stable.

If its getting worse, then i get medications to prevent that, Bisphosphonate i believe.

I got a full bloodwork again.

I used cyproterone acetate, and it worked for me with no noticeable changes to my appearance. But, everybody is different and need be careful.

Today I got a letter from my health insurance, they approved to get laser hair removed for the beard.

I got a budget for about 20-25 sessions. yippie!

It seems Cyproterone acetate doesn't work good any more with me.

Maybe because of the long (ab)use of it, over 10 years.

My T levels are very high for using 100mg Cyproterone daily.

They will discusses my case in December. Then illl probably get an other hormone blocker.

You should test Zoladex or so...
