If anyone is thinking of going into this, and is already taking prescription medication, or will be combining cimetidine with other drugs, make sure to check the different drug interactions. As we know, cimetidine was conceived for treatment of gastric conditions, and as a result, tends to amplify the effects (good and bad) of other drugs by causing them to metabolise differently. The effects of combining it certain drugs can be quite serious so make sure to do extensive research before following through.

Interesting follow-up:

I'm functionally a Eunuch when not on TRT (my baseline T is only slightly above normal female levels), and I took Cimetidine last month out of curiosity and because I was having symptoms of an ulcer. I had the "tiny package" and a few instances of "equipment failure." When my ulcer symptoms faded, I stopped taking it. Things "down there" went back to normal. I woke up on Wednesday with a major sinus issue, probably an allergy attack. I took Aspirin (I don't do well with other pain relievers) which I knew would wreck my gut. I took 600mg of Cimetidine with it. That evening and the following morning, no amount of effort could wake up the little guy. Things are back to normal two days later.

I did read the link about drug interactions, which I thank Paolo for posting. I had several nights of insomnia recently which were probably caused by me taking Cimetidine before bed.

I'm done with cimetidine, in this first treatment. I spent 4 bottles of 60 tablets. All together it lasted 2 months. The result: my penis was reduced by 1.5 cm (0.6 inch) in erection. At the beginning of the treatment I was 12.5 cm, and after the end 11 cm. In an erection. In a relaxed state, it decreased by 1 cm. From 7 cm to 6 cm. Since I am not circumcised, I can no longer pull the foreskin without immediately returning it to my starting position. So it is harder to measure a penis in a relaxed state.

It may not be as big a reduction as a human would expect, but since September last year, when I started taking PM, my penis has shrunk by a full 5 cm (2 inch), which is not a small amount. My head also shrunk. But the volume is not. It remained the same.

I am now on a break until mid-May. Then I will start in parallel with PM and cimetidine. I hope that the continuous reduction will continue even then. Cimetidine, like PM, I already got. This time it is cimetidine from the Amazon brand and it is the cheapest in price.

All told with Estrogen & Cimetidine, I’ve easily lost five inches in length. I’m fast approaching two years of proper HRT, and I’m still getting slow gains, which is great. I adore myboobs. I’m also “starting” to see some slight facial changes. Nothing major, and I’m okay with that. The best part this week was realizing that I have no visible bulge in myskirt.

Sounds like you are making great progress. What is PM?

Pueraria Mirifica. Herbal Estrogen. It’s the strongest phytoestrogen that you can buy. It’s good stuff. You’ll get the benefits of a low dose estrogen program, without major feminization. Granted, *it will grow boobs*, cause fat shifting, smooth skin, female pheromones, testicular atrophy etc etc, but it’ll take much longer than pharmaceutical hrt.

I was on it for 4.5 years. I’m glad I switched to hrt, though.

PM is an abbreviation of Puearia Mirifica. The active compounds in the supplement are known as phytoestrogens. Within the body, they act similarly to the hormone estrogen. It is used for breast growth. PM also had an effect on the reduction of my penis. Also, there is another side effect of cimetidine that I did not mention. From him I had breast growth without taking PM for almost 3 months. But that doesn't mean it's the same for everyone. Since I was taking phytoestrogen, cimetidine breast growth probably stimulated it even more.

Question for Stevenator and MalaKita: When you were using PM, was it the ONLY thing you were using? What was your program? I can't go full TS/Femme for lots of reasons, but I am not "manly" and would LOVE to be small without the side effects I had from low T.

Tbh, Im not full femme either. I still present as male in public. Maybe its my age, but thankfully I dont have any major facial changes associated with HRT.

Red Reishi, White Peony or Saw Palmetto are good Anti-Androgens. Cimetidine is too for that matter. So is Pueraria Mirifica. But most programs recommend using an AA. Once you get to/past Tanner Stage Two, its good to add Micronized Progesterone, MSM, Vitamins C & D3.

A reminder, once again, if you're going to try the herbal/supplement route, make sure you get them from a reputable vendor.

Some years ago, a large big-box store chain got in trouble for selling herbals that were mainly sawdust, and not what the bottle claimed it was!

I think the brand was Spring Valley, and the company initials are W.M.

Also, getting the "good stuff" will prevent the problem of having to take bucket-fulls of pills for them to work.
