Keeping truly murderous people on the streets concerns me. Minimally, we should make "cannabinolics" out of such murderous people. Murder is so rare when one tokes.

Imagine: The probation officer queries about insufficient cannabinoid blood levels and threatens re-incarceration if they are not elevated.
