Feeling better today, no sleepiness, just a bit tired by the end of the day.

Back pain? It is in the upper back + occasionally in the neck. No acute pain, and it is not constant.

Is it possible that eunuches and Trans Women can be more emotional than women due to the fact that natural women have had many years to learn how to handle their heightened feelings of emotions? Although I do know many that still seem to have no control..

I know a little about EPO that you are refering too, just from my interest in distance running where it has been used to great effect as an illegal performance enhancing substance. So if a high red bloodcell count aids/increases endurance then it makes sense that a lack of energy might be because of a low count.

Astronauts staying in the space for extended periods have similar problem, as there is very little physical work needed to move around, bones loose calcium, muscles athrophy and heart gets weak along with lowered red bloodcell count which makes astronauts weak and leaving little energy for them. So they have full 2 hours training every day up there to maintain health.

I remember that first soviet cosmonauts that spend several hundred days up there were not able to walk right after return from space, so they were carried away after landing.

You have said you are an IT person, and spend many hours on a computer. The symptoms you describe are common among computer jockeys, and may be caused by holding the same position, often for hours at a time, leaning forward with the head tilted back. Long periods in that position can cause upper back and neck problems. Several local software companies have masseurs on staff to treat this common problem. Sometimes you can lessen the symptoms by lowering the monitor as much as possible, and trying to find a more relaxed position and by getting up and moving a bit more often.

On 19.08.2010 I stopped the trial. It was 1/2 month earlier than planned, but I mostly understand what awaits me in case of decision to continue this road to the permanent solution.

Have I liked the results of the trial? Yes, mostly.

Would I be able to function longterm without HRT? Probably no.

Being honest with myself, I was doing that for feminisation. Have I got it? The face looks softer, body - I haven't much muscles to begin...

May be I should have done that much earlier, when I was 20-21. But... I had money, had most of the needed knowledge, but no support.....

HRT... That is the big question... using T looks somewhat counterproductive (spending so much effort and time to get rid of it, only to take it again...). Estrogen brings feminisation, and now comes the question - how much and how fast... I do not know how to deal with it... I already heard from a friend: "you are blurring the line between being a boy friend and a girl friend", and that was after I just joked about painting my nails...

I'll continue later, time to go to work...

🙄 gald to hear you are better

Have you tries to go to a gym? For training of some special body parts in your case maybe back and shoulder trainings can ease the pains strengthening the muscles there. I dont mean a full body workout but 2-3 days a week with low intensity a back/shoulde work out can be an option

or have u tried to get multivit tabs a day perhaps not everyday but every 2 days? This can increase your energy level I guess

🙄

Cheers from South :)

Lowered monitor at home. At work monitor top is already at the eye level. As for the same position - if reading documentation or coding something boring - yes. If debugging some device - same position? I sometimes wish for two extra hands, to hold scope probes ;). And it is usually a cycle - scope, computer, circuit board, and then back.

PS. Computer jockey? I have probably read to much William Gibson, it gives association with his books. :)
