My last injection (1.5 weeks ago) was .5cc right and .8cc left. My leftie showed more initial swelling and my right one didn't even hurt much. They seemed to have switched, as my leftie is fine but my righty is sore to the touch and is larger in size. Both look deformed, in a way, righty more-so than leftie

Soooo. I'm officially dating someone. I stopped my anti androgens because I wanted to see the effects of the injection so far physically, and i'm going to get a hormone levels test done soon and I wanted them to be as accurate as possible. But I definitely noticed that I can still get hard (I was surprised), which I like, but so far I haven't noticed any other major signs that my testosterone is increasing (but i'm worried that I will). Still no body odor and I don't sweat like I did when I had lots of T. I'll definitely update you all when I found out my T levels.
I'm hoping they're low enough so that I can still take my estrogen and have it affect me physically, but high enough to be able to have sex without help. I don't want to masculinize but I do want to keep my ability to please

Well, here I am approaching 48hrs after injecting 1ml of solution into each testicle. The mixture ratio I used was 2:1 of 30% CACL to 40% Vodka.
My testicles were fairly small to begin with, mainly due to previous grain alcohol injections and also chemical castration trials using Siterone and Depo Provera.
And as such my T levels are also quite low. I also take some E.
My post injection results so far tend to be similar to the majority of other reports here.
The injection process went off without a hitch, no complications or leakage. I injected 0.5ml into two sites on each testicle giving a total of 1ml per side.
For the first couple of hours afterwards I felt fine, then felt increasing pain for the next 10 hours - probably to a 6/10. Then the pain began to ease which surprised me somewhat. I also had minimal swelling at this stage which also surprised me after reading all the accounts in this thread.
But then from about hour 16 the swelling really kicked in, and the pain level increased dramatically. By hour 24 it was like a 8/10. I had to take some old prescription pain killers at this time as I was feeling faint and nausea from the pain. I can usually handle pain fairly well, but this was getting bad. By about hour 34 the pain had eased off a little to perhaps a 5/10.
So here I am at 48 hours post injections, and I am more than ready for the pain and swelling to subside. I'm also feeling very tired and drained from the recovery.
With this much pain and swelling I'll be very surprised if this isn't the final blow for the boys.
I have been a bit concerned though about the lack of reports indicating positive success using this method, most seem to require multiple follow-up injections. At this point that is out of the question for me, not sure if I can face this level of pain again by choice.

Ouch!
Not having the boys to inject anyway, I can say that. As a bystander, I hear the discomfort, and have to wonder how this method compares with alcohol, for comfort and results?

I think one of the issues is that most of us do not have a baseline T to start off with. The next issue is that it would probably call into question the repeated visits to the doctor to find out the T level is. If you can afford to pay for multiple lab tests and bypass the doctor that might work. In my state no doctor's script is required to get blood test done. From all reports ethyl alcohol require multiple injections but it varies for each individual. It is my understanding that a large enough single dose of calcium chloride will knock out the production of T. Generally within about three weeks the side effects of no T should be there. Lab tests with dogs in India, a single large dose was very close to physical castration after a period of time.

I injected 2-3 days ago in both of my testicles while they were paralyzed from elma cream, I seriously didnt have much pain though they have been pretty big since the first day. THe pain was strong enough that I couldnt even sleep. Been awake for like 40 hours straight and then I was able to sleep but would keep waking up every hours, it was a terrible night.
And I got so many exams but I can't even concentrate on my homework or revision. Seriously, it was bad enough that I told myself I wish I could just go back in time before doing the injection. I was in such a pain at school that I couldnt even anwser my teacher properly, I would simply nod the head and look at her with the " fuck Off" face. There was even a guy who came and asked me if I was intimidated by her, I mean seriously? Hopefully tonight I'll get some good sleep and most of all, hopefully I'll never have to inject this shit ever again.

Coming back to Joyrider74's earlier comment regarding statistics as to the efficacy of these injections, several of us who have done this have already had their testicles surgically removed by professional medical personnel, which in my opinion is the optimal solution. Mine will be removed on Saturday March 15th by my urologist, so yes even though there is severe pain and discomfort involved, there is data regarding success as a result of injecting. I was lucky in that I had some Tramadol 200mg at home and this effectively killed the pain completely, so all I had was the discomfort from the swelling.
After my second injection, I went to the ER and they wanted to have their urologist look at them, but unfortunately he was called to another hospital to deal with another matter, so I did not see him till 2 weeks later in his rooms. I am 100% certain that had he seen me on that Sunday morning, my testicles would already have been history.
So to answer your question, YES this does work, but maybe not in the way most guys want it to. What it does is to sufficiently damage the testes to a stat

e where a urologist will quite happily remove them
for you, which in my opinion makes everything worth while as this is what I wanted from day 1 of my journey. Now I will need to save up the money to have my scrotum removed as well
he reason to keep and empty bag hanging around down there. I know the scrotum shrinks so it hardly shows when it is cold, but I want mine gone for 3 reasons. 1> I have read that in hot weather it sags and can be extremely uncomfortable and here in Sydney we have pretty hot summers. 2. I think that aesthetically the area looks much better without the empty scrotum and 3. I shave and I am of the opinion that shaving an empty scrotum will be a total pain as shaving one with the testes inside it is already a pain.

I have an appointment with a doctor on tuesday to get a referral to get my hormone levels checked. It's going to be a total of $10 so I'm happy about that. I've been off anti androgens for weeks so it will be accurate. I haven't noticed much in changes (from increasing testosterone). I'm able to get erections again, my skin is a little more oily, and I'm getting a few pimples. So my testosterone definitely isn't castrate level, but it might be low enough for me to be happy without taking anti androgens, and if I do, i'll only need half the dosage or less. We'll see when the tests come back. I'm out of state right now so my insurance here isn't the same and it would be more expensive to get them removed, but it's still my end goal.

Well, after 72 hours since the injections the pain situation is gradually improving.
Now when I'm laying down or sitting the pain is quite minimal. And it's only moderate at about a 3/10 when I move around, with a higher pain spike for say 30 seconds when I get up from sitting down. This seems due to the huge extra weight of the testicles now that they're still very swollen.
They are however becoming less sensitive to the touch, and more like a foreign weight in my sack.

So it's been 3 days and I was a bit horny so I masturbated, I'm not sure but there is still sperms and there wasn't any blood at all. Does that mean that my testicles are still alive?
Is that even normal? Can't believe they can still perform after the pain I put them through this said. It's safe to say the load was definitely smaller then what it was back then.
