Personally, I would wait until the pain and tenderness completely settles down before doing anything else. It may be unnecessary for additional injections once the testicular tissue starts to fail to regenerate.

There's no point rushing the process if all you're going to do is cause yourself additional discomfort.

Please be mindful that it generally has taken a number of weeks before most have experienced full recovery from the initial injections.

In my opinion, you've probably injected a fully adequate dose to achieve castration.

It continues to concern me that you have have a bit of a fever, which might explain the night sweats and inability to get warmed up.

Again, in my opinion, 21 gauge needles might be a bit large. I used much smaller needles with my injections.

I did a single dose of 0.5 ml of CC in each ball. Seems to have been enough to achieve a castrate state. If I had to do this over again, I would probably have included some high-proof alcohol with the mixture I prepared, as I believe it would have achieved my desired result quicker.

I presented to my urologist an injury. He ordered an ultrasound and, being quite concerned, a CT scan. He tells me he believes the tissue is not regenerating and, though my balls seem to have adequate circulation, is considering bilateral orchiectomy. I see him again next week.

My one recommendation for everyone who follows this journey is PATIENCE. When done safely, it does seem to be quite effective.

Thank you for replying to my question. I will practice patience and wait as you say. I thought you had injected more than me but without the alcohol which I did mix it with, I got .75 cc of the 33% calcium chloride so probably I did inject enough. The 21 gauge needles were kind of large but had no real pain from injecting them into my balls and hopefully will not have to use them again but they were all I had and only cost me $9.95 for 25 of them from www.liquidationsoutlet.com and came in 5 days. I wonder how long before my body will start feeling the effects of depleted testosterone? As for my temperature, it was only high that one day but now it is staying between 97.6 and 98.2. I check it twice a day. It is not even high when I get up freezing and soaked in sweat. Since that first night I have been using four blankets and I think that may be to much. I will go down to one tonight. I am thinking I feel cold because of the sweat. I have no sighs of infection and I have been taking Levofloxicin 500mg everyday since the injections just in case. The worst pain I had was a terrible backache a few hours after the injections and I only had one drop of blood out of each injection site after the injections. I used the 95% everclear as the alcohol to wipe the area before the injections and I used brand new syringes for each injection so very sanitary. I was just worried that I hadn't used enough because they have not gotten hard like everyone else said they will although they did blow up huge. Hi again... Sorry I stopped posting... like a year ago.

I'll get right to the point I guess. I can't remember what I said in my last post because it was so long ago, but basically I injected calcium chloride into both, I experienced a lot of pain and it went away after what I think was a few days. After a month or two (maybe longer... look at my other posts for more accuracy) I injected again, except only one of them becasue I thought that one was the one that survived because any effects I did have post-injection went away.

Well, it's been a long time now and... still nothing. The right one which is the one I injected twice is small and hard, and doesn't hurt much if I squeeze it. The left one however, which was only injected once, is half hard half... normal? After what happened during the second injection (I think I injected through a blood vessel or something, luckily nothing got into my blood stream if that is what happened?) where the skin basically died, it healed. After that I didn't want to do it again, but I'm realising I might not have a choice...

So I'm going to re-inject the left one, in hopes that is all that I need to do. I've gained a small fear of needles since the last time... so it's going to be a bit tricky.

For anyone else who is doing this, I was able to get rid of 99% of the pain by taking two ibuprofen and two paracetamol at the same time, I don't think you're supposed to do that but that's what worked for me (so don't take it as actual advice...).

So i'm back to the living world. 25 hours ago, I did my second injection. It hurt a lot. Pain meds, check. Pain meds working, check. A roommate asks me if I want to buy them alcohol and drink with them. I do. I'm feeling great. We end up smoking weed, I'm feeling great. The pain meds/ weed combo kinda fucked me up. I get back, pain meds wearing off, i'm in slight pain. I go to bed. Sleep is the best way to resist pain. I wake up really early. I can't handle this pain. It was about.... 12 hrs. I take a shower, thinking the hot water will help. It really doesn't. I'm nauseous so I don't take another pill (idk why I was nauseous). I throw up in the shower. I eat some ritz and take my pain pill. It doesn't seem to help much. I go back to sleep, i'm still half wet from the shower. I wake up 4 to 6 hrs from then. I go from my bed to my desk from my bed to my desk. Idk wtf I'm doing. I hurt wherever I go. So I put on some music and go to sleep. And i'm great until a half hour ago (25 hrs after). I wake up, and my balls are actually very tolerable. They're really not too swollen at all this time.

In 1.5 months I'll go get a hormone level test. I really really really don't want to do this again.

I did 1cc in each my first injection. This time it was .8cc and .5cc. So I think I'm punishing them enough to kill them.

dammit I hate needle this is the only thing stopping me, what should I do, how do I make it through the needle part? Would I still feel pain if I use analgesic, plz anwser quickly.

Got 23 g needle would I be better to wait a week and buy 25G or 27 G needle, would that make the fear goes away?

I know I,ll be fine once I got one choice left and it's to bear the pain.

You have two testicles for the same reason that you have 2 kidneys, 2 lungs, and much more intestine than you need. Removing one won't do it, unless the other is not doing its job already.

Just a quick update on my visit to the urologist on Friday. I told him that I had a vasectomy in 1998(fact), that the dissolving stitches in the incision dissolved within 3 days(fact) that this led to an intra scrotal infection(fact) which was the start of my problems. Also that I had had periodic problems over the years(fact) and that I had two unexplained incidents since just before Christmas. I did not tell him what had caused it(calcium Chloride) LOL. I gave him the 2 scans that had been done over the last few months as well as the reports and a testosterone test that I had about 3 months before I injected. According to the test, my testicles weren't working at the time of the tests anyway. He showed me signs of lumps and swelling inside my testicles which he said were as a result of previous granulomas resulting from back pressure buildup in the testes resulting from the blocked vas deference. I was not about to enlighten him as to the true reason. He then said rather hesitantly that he would recommend removal of both, but that he could try to salvage a part of the right one. I told him that since it wasn't working, it was not worth saving and that both should be removed, so according to him, once he gets back from his vacation in 4 weeks, out they come. Success!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was wrong. My testicles are swelling as they did their first injection. I did .8cc and .5cc. The one with .8 is more swollen than the other. Both of them are less swollen than my first set of injections at 1cc each. My sack right now is the size of a small orange or something. It's too early for me to want to touch them, so I can't give you a size estimate on each separately.

Right now it's... 24+6+2= 32 hours post injection. Pain is a dull ache (Still want it gone, though lol). Looking forward to waking up with less pain

Micdavi24, you're so lucky. Un-thankfully, i'm not living in the same state as my insurance is in, so it's a different policy that's not as good. When I'm back home i'll get them checked out and then i'll hopefully be as lucky as you. I just hope that in the meantime my boys forget how to make testosterone.
