I just wan`t to add why the injections endet in hospital for me.

The main reason was my mistake to numb the testicles with lidocain.

I used 0.5cc injectable lidocain some minutes before i used the ethyl...

My testicles were totally numb so i didn`t recognize some liquid leaking into my scrotum and causes the enourmous swelling.

The summary of .5cc lidocain and 2cc ethyl was too much liquid for my little testicles.

thnx for your interisting story about your journey... My mal sex drive was always very uncomfortalble for me. I hated those feelings of overwhelming hypersexuality. Some times i woke up horny as hell, a feeling i couldn`t get rid of the whole day. Masturbation and or sex couldn`t satisfy my inner needs.

I`ve found my peace now! And i hope to stay healthy with the help of my doctors so i didn`t have to regret my decision in the future...

My experience from injecting both myself and several other guys is that lidocain or any local anesthetic should be unnecessary. The most discomfort is usually felt from the needle penetrating the outer skin layers, not from entering or penetrating the testicle or the injection if done slowly. I wasn't masochistic to relish pain nor sadistic enough to inflict it on others. Why make it more complex than need be?

I agree with clysmaniac. The initial penetration of the needle is the only pain. The slow and steady buildup of pressure within the testicle is minor discomfort at the worst, and it's necessary to tell you when to stop.

I would concur that the actual process of injecting is not all that painful and doesn't need a local anesthetic. The basic idea is to take it very slow as you push the needle in. I find piercing through the sac the most painful part. It takes a bit of force to pierce through the tough inner sac containing the testicle, but it is not very painful at all as the needle moves through the testicle. I would describe it as a low grade ache if anything.

I didn't find much pain in the actual process of injecting the alcohol. I think the biggest caution is not to do too much at once. That is likely the biggest reason I experienced so much pain. I used way more everclear in one injection than I should have. As a guideline and/or advice, stick to using 1cc or less. Go for multiple injections and be patient. Don't inject when their is swelling.

I used to be on this site a few years ago but I couldnt get logged in so i joined again last night. I have been on Siterone 100mg for about a year now and I have also done the injections. I have done 3 190 Proof Everclear injections so far over the last month. The first injection, I used a 19 gauge needle and injected 2 cc each. The other two injections, I used a 25 gauge needle and only injected 1 cc each. After only 3 injections of Everclear, My testes are already starting to atrophy. I still have feeling and there is still swelling since I just did the last injection 2 days ago, so i will wait about 2 weeks this time before I do another. I am very happy with the results of the Everclear! This is sooo simple, I wish I had done this a long time ago. And it doesnt even hurt. LOL Peice of cake

I had so much anxiety when the nurse took my vitals, she asked me if I was okay. I tried to smile. I told her that my vitals are fine for someone that has an extreme amount of anxiety. She has known me for years and is one of the nicest young women I know. She tried to make some small talk and help me relax a little. After a few minutes, she asked me if she could take my vitals again. I said sure and she did. And not too surprisingly they were the same.

My family doctor didn't keep me waiting. He tends to be a little slow, but I'm sure the nurse prodded him along because of how I felt. I tried with all my might to swallow the anxiety. It was all I could do to even talk. My voice was weak and I felt like I could pass out at any moment. Despite it all, I was determined and explained the situation. When I finished, he said yes. I was a little in shock. He was willing to work with me. For a moment, I could have swore he wanted to put his hand on my shoulder to comfort me and tell me that it was okay. But I think he sensed that I might have fallen to the floor with the extra weight on my shoulders.

I mentioned that this problem is very rare and it is only now being academically studied. He perked up and asked if I could give him references. He was truly interested and had never heard of anything quite like this. I said yes and said that I would drop off a CD with the PDFs.

I want to thank those of you out there for doing this academic work. You know who you are. It is a long process to get M2E and BIID on the map and accepted in the professional world of health care. The sooner it happens, the better it will be for all of us.

I'm mainly posting because I just had to tell someone about this. I meet with my therapist next week. I've already signed stuff so my therapist and doctor can talk to each other at whatever length and depth they care about on this issue. I don't know when I will start some form of hormone therapy, but I hope within a couple of weeks.

Ordered the syringes today but I don't know how long it will take to get here. When they do it's just a simple trip to the liquor store for everclear from there.

It is 3:50 am and I just did my 3rd shots 20 min ago.

The second time was the most painful, I did 1 ml. I was sored and lasted at least 3 days before it gradually went down to the point that I could walk more normal. My left teste seem to be the one hurts more and longer.

I got today my 3 set of shots after 8 days. This time I put .75 on each. Same procedure as the second. On my left teste about a big drop of alcohol came out with the needle. I am not sure if out from the teste or it came out from left over in the syringe. If the first is the case, then I will tried next time to suck up the alcohol a bit before I completely withdraw the needle. I want the alcohol in the teste and not any where else.

Right now they is a small soreness that travels up my tummy but not as bad as the second time.

NOTE: After my first shots, I do not get any spontaneous erections. Before that I used to get them. I`m not sure if it is just a coincidence, accumulated effect of my estrogen hormones and the alcohol, or this is directly the result of the alcohol. I should mentioned that the estrogen I have been taking it for many years in small quantities and it never really got rid of the erections.

I also don`t feel any harden seed like feelings in my testes, though I think they had shrunken a little.
