It's been 34 hours. I'm past the part of my testicles feeling like they were about to burst open and explode everywhere (if I encountered that amount of pain in any other circumstances I would have gone to the hospital). They're still very very swollen and very sensitive to touch. Walking is a pain (literally a pain) and I'm wearing my old jeans that are a looser fit, as my normal skinny jeans would be crushing. When lying down, there is no pain (especially when on my side) at all. They're still generally sore. From what I've read it takes a week or so for pain to disappear and for the swelling to go down/ testicles start shrinking.

I have no signs of infection :) I used the cheese liquid calcium chloride and didn't use alcohol to clean the injection site. I read it's equally effective to just use soap and water, which is what I did. I also have a really good immune system. I did use alcohol on my first everclear injection, it made the skin harden and dried out for a while (don't remember how long), so it's not the most appealing for me.

The pathology result of my right testicle came back the other days:

- Ischemic necrosis (infarction) of testis.

- No tumor identified

My Doctor was so relieved that it’s not cancer but he was really baffled by the result. He said he has never encountered such a mysterious case (lol) he said It might be testicular TB. But he was not sure, since infarction of both testicles in noncancerous cases is really rare. Although his decisions are not favorable to me (I want the other one removed as well), he is a really good and committed doctor. He is really concerned about me and calls me every other day to see how I’m doing. I wish I could tell him the truth. He is a nice guy and I don’t want to mess with him anymore. Anyway, He took all my medical records and tests with him to share it with best urologists in the monthly Gathering of urologists. I’m a little concerned about this. Is there any chances they would figure out it’s a self-harm?

By the way how long it takes for testosterone levels to reduce after the orchiectomy surgery. I don’t feel any difference..

It's been 2.5 days since my injection. Swelling is going down overall (not by much), but more for rightie. They're no longer painful, but they are a little sensitive still. I can walk normally without pain and sit without worrying about pain. There's a spot or two that is sensitive and if there's pressure on it, it hurts, but that's about it.

And if I get examined and they ask anything, i'll just say I'm into BDSM and that my dom likes needle play and sometimes likes to go through my testicles. I'd leave it at that, I wouldn't mention "maybe it caused an infection" or anything, but I'd just think for a second, and in a questioning type of way i'd say it, like i'm asking them if it could be a possible reason. That way there is a possible logical reason behind it so they aren't just confused, and if it can't be caused by an infection, it would seem as if I have no idea.

It depends, When I was on HRT it took about a week to two weeks before I noticed any difference. Some will not have any hot flashes but others will have hot flashes which will last for years. So to say that you will notice the difference in X number of days is BS, each one will see the changes in their own time.

Yay! They're shrinking! Each one is now about the size of an egg that you would get at a grocery store (they were bigger). They're basically painless now. I can walk just fine. I can climb stairs (the climbing motion squeezes them a bit and was painful for a few days)

They still respond to pressure, but it's getting less and less. In the time since I last posted I found that ibuprofen works. It doesn't make things perfect, but it helps. I don't really need/want it anymore, but it's nice when things ache a bit.

I fooled around with someone last night (one of my best friends, she knows what I did) and she said they were the biggest balls she's ever seen (and that was after the swelling had started going down).

Still no sign of infection or any complications, so i'm pretty :D about that.

I now realize that i'm going to need some magic blue pills pretty soon (i've been on hormones. Already have ED). I like not being able to get an erection, but when you want it and can't, it sucks.

I'll probably update you again when they get to their pre-injection size so you know how long it takes. I don't think there will be much else to say in the meantime.

Without some Testosterone & Estrogen in your system the chance that the little blue pill will work is very small.

Have to agree, that the magic is unlikely to rise to the occasion without at least some T -and happy thoughts!

I'm taking estrogen and women don't have testicles and they still have testosterone in their blood :P And I might as well try. I won't be too sad if it doesn't work; I've gotten used to it. I mainly like pleasing whoever i'm with in the bedroom, so it would be nice to be functional when I want to be.

And a slight update: At 1 week post injection, there is no pain at all. I'm back to wearing my skinny jeans (which aren't THAT tight). If I was in a coma and someone injected me and I woke up a week later, I wouldn't realize it had happened except for slightly swollen balls (they've continued to shrink)

Hello magickitty,

As a fellow who has injected his balls with CaCl, I can only advise that you should look forward to no sexual response without testosterone replacement. And, from my reading, you likely won't experience the same sexual response you had prior to injecting should you go forward with testosterone replacement.

To disclaim: I've been impotent for many years prior to injecting CaCl. I enjoy not having erections and it's damn near impossible for me to achieve a floppy orgasism.

I'm currently injecting a very small dose of [quote="r1honour (im

testos

y effects of being castrate.

Sexual frustration hasn't been mine. The few partners I've had the last several years have ended up frustrated in their inability to make me hard or orgasism.

I've never been disappointed at my lack of response.

And, do remember, you're in the early stages of a journey. I'm a little more than four months since injecting and my balls are continuing to shrink.

A week from today I have an appointment with a urologist to discuss castration. Again from my reading, necrotic testicles are a health risk long term.
