What if you've never had ejaculations before except for nocturnal emissions (don't masturbate, don't have sex)? And then you get a castration/vasectomy. What would the condition for clearing the sperm be?

in answer to ur query it takes at least 3 months to be sure all sperm is finished, as many ejaculations as u can manage will help speed up the eradication of stored sperm, have a test at 3 months to confirm ur spermless

Hi all, I'm still doing well after 2+ months. My wife and I thought I could get off the Lexapro now, so I went cold turkey. Not a good idea. I feel like my mind is short circuiting, I'm light headed and have been having some wierd dreams. Called my doc and he said I have to taper off slowly. I'm back on 1/2 dose for a week then every other day for a week. We'll see how this works.

I had a succesful vasectomy about 30 yrs ago and my dr said up to 1 year after you could still have sperm. The first tests showed no sperm at about 6 month I had another test and Dr found sperm and sure enough my wife got pregnant because we hadn't been that careful.

Careful out there

PS love my kid's though

I love my kid's too, but 4 is enough. I've been looking for swimmers with my microscope and haven't seen any, but maybe it's not powerful enough. I use to look at ameba with it. I will be careful. My wife would kill me if she got pregnent.

This is an interesting concept. If a transplant did work, who's sperm would the new owner be shooting.

Before my operation I saw the Dr. 90210 show where Dr. Alter was boing a breast reduction on a f/m patient. What if he put my balls in him? Could it make him a real man?
