Went to an Oncologist appointment a few days ago, it wasn't a good meeting.

In short the penile cancer has metastasise and I now have multiple sites in both lungs.

Was told there is no cure for my cancer, and told it was stage 4 lung cancer, and moving around in the body where it will effect other organs.

There is no cure for my cancer, and told I have months no years to live. One can say the poo has hit the rotating fan, what a bummer.

I have been told to basically party till I can't whilst I can.

There is only one form of chemo that might give me a few more weeks but at great physical cost but only extend the suffering a week or two, the same as the dialysis for my kidney failure, which would mean a long period of agony.

So whilst I can I want to thank everyone for the many years I have enjoyed being part of this community, and writing stories.

I especially thank the Administrators for their extremely hard and dedicated work they do on the Archive to keep it up and running.

I wish everyone the best, and thanks for your support.

For now Littledick

I would keep fighting, try chemo!

A consultation of several oncologists is needed.

We are all very worried about you!

With love

Valery

That seriously SUCKS! Not sure what to say, as hoping for the best seems sort of odd...

I'd just remind you that docs don't always know as much as they claim, and again mention my friend that was told he had terminal liver cancer - and started doing a lot of mushroom based stuff, especially using extracts of Reishi and Lion's Mane mushrooms (they are to woody to eat directly) and today is in total remission... I certainly don't know that it would help, but....

Update 22/09/2023 by Littledick

I am still upright and breathing!

The chemo I was offered earlier has been withdrawn, as it wouldn’t have done anything to fight the cancer, other than making me instantly sick for no positive gain according to the team of specialists looking after me.

The penile cancer I had earlier this year was so rare and extremely aggressive.

It has now metastasised to both lungs, and in multiple spots, as I mentioned in an earlier post. Hence it is called stage 4 lung cancer, or terminal cancer, with no know treatment at this point that would eradicate the cancer.

I have now been placed into the care of a palliative care team, who seem to be very good and competent to look after me, to monitor any changes as and if they come about and keep me pain free.

I have no pain from the caner at this stage.

My goal is to get out and about, to enjoy life, doing the things I like, whilst I can, one doctor put it this way “to party till I drop" as it were.

I have been put on a pain patch to help my left ankle which is bone or bone as the cartilage has completely disintegrated, and it seems to be working, as I have less pain in the ankle, thus I am able to move around a lot easier.

I will keep you all updated as things change.
