I've been on estradiol for about six months and added progesterone a couple of weeks ago. I'm definitely in the B cup range and hoping for more. My nipples have grown into the female range. They are really obvious when I'm wearing a t-shirt. I don't wear a bra yet, but it will be increasingly hard for others not to see that I have boobs. I don't want to bind them so I guess they'll be "outing" me pretty soon. Going shirtless this summer would remove all doubt. I already have a string bikini top that I'll probably start wearing, especially when I go swimming.

Why hide a body I'm growing increasingly happy with? I'm looking at enhancing push up bras because I'd like to experience what it would be like if they got much bigger than now. It's all so exciting!

B cup already?! Wow that is great. Can I ask how old you are? I've heard that the age you start hormones kind of determines how big they will get. The older you are, the less you get. I'm 66 and I've been on a low dose of E also for about 7 months. Was 1 mg 2x a day and recently went up to 1 mg 3x day. Got an orchi in February. My breasts are growing too, but very slowly. I think they are about between AA and A now. Makes my wife happy, but I wouldn't mind them getting bigger. I'm interested in hearing about how the progesterone does, keep us up to date please.

As mentioned above, I've been on HRT for 4 weeks. I was already a 38A when I started and have noticed significant growth, to the point I'm outgrowing my bras. Though I haven't been measured since starting HRT, I expect I may be a B cup by now. I'm 65. Incidentally, I had no noticeable change for the first 3 weeks, but then I started growing. I'm on 0.5 mg, 2x per day.

I'm 68 but most people say I look much younger if that matters. My boobs are already larger than what most older men report and I suspect that the studies of transgender MtoF women are not particularly well controlled. There is evidence that too much Estradiol can inhibit breast development, at least in some cases. It's too early to judge the effect of progesterone, but they do appear to be filling out like typical adult females. Whatever, I see them becoming more beautiful to see.

The low dose you're taking may turn out to be optimal, at least for you. Their final size may be as much determined by genetics as by age. If women in your family have large breasts, then you may as well. My mother's weren't particularly large but she had really nice nipples. Mine have already grown quite a bit so we'll see. It generally takes several years for growth to finish so there's hope for all of us. Some MtoF transgender women report that growth happens in spurts, so don't give up if they seem to have stopped growing.

Well, I never asked them their bra size, but neither my mother or sisters were flat, though not huge either. So, I guess I'll just have to enjoy the growth and see where it takes me. One thing I've been wondering about is whether over 2 years on dutasteride has given me any sort of advantage.

We're all pretty much poorly controlled experiments.

A new milestone: I can now touch the tip of my tongue to my nipples. Couldn't do that even a couple of weeks ago. Could this be the result of Estradiol + Progesterone? My nipples are already large enough for an infant to latch on if I was breast feeding.

I haven't grown anywhere near that amount, but I'm definitely larger than I was a month ago. Hopefully, they still have some growing to do. I just wish I'd been able to do this years ago. It's so nice to feel my arms brush up against my breasts!

I can appreciate what adolescent girls typically go through. Pretty exciting!
