It seems to me that there is some confusion at large regarding the demand not to be banned and the demand to be banded. After all this is a Eunuch site!:dong:

It is my observation that many laws now "on the books" require what other laws "on the books" prohibit. There is my observation that many attorneys and law professors have come to recognize that the law is what the judge says it is, and the judge says what the law was, during a possible infraction of law, only at trial; hence all law has become functionally ex-post-facto, and thereby a presumption of intrinsic unconstitutionality arises, given that a qualified attorney could not tell me what the law is. If a qualified attorney cannot answer the simple question, "What is the law?". what chance greater than identically zero for being law-abiding does anyone else have?
The matter of law and the rule of law may (or may not?) be of material significance regarding the Eunuch Archive Fiction Stories.
Will my concern ever be noticed? I
n Russia there is a saying "закон, что дышло, куда повернул, туда и вышло" (can not adequately translate in into english, rough translation is: the law is like a steering part of the horse-drawn cart, it goes where you turn it).

The law is like the rear end of that horse you got pulling the cart. It serves you well but you never see its best side. You're always looking at its worst side...

Yes. Also you get a direct view of the resulting law "fall out" more commonly known as HORSESHIT!

As disgusting as this thread title may be -
It remains the most or second most active thread this last week.
And without help from Moi!
It must resonate with many.
So, in the spirit I wish the "children" of Orange County, Newport Beach, California
would demand to be noticed.
It was about 1960 when my family first rented a house on Balboa Peninsula for two weeks of family vacation. On a hot summer night there was an area near the Balboa Pier called, "The Fun Zone". A place where older children and young teens could find something to do, a place to hang out and lots of pre video arcade games. Bumper cars, carrousel, yummy treats.
Now it is gone. Chiseled away by interests of the, "nautical museum".
(Oh boy! Mom, Dad - can I go to the nautical museum?). None of the new space made available by the placement of City Hall away from the richest people's inconvenience was dedicated to children friendly themes like the ole Fun Zone.
Whatever happened to "zoning" properties for specific uses as benefits a community?
Children should demand to be noticed for the lack of "space" to be a child, unless in an organized sport. Smart growth?

I'm bored (board) and this story has bothered me for days.
http://www.vcstar.com/news/2011/sep/01/ ... ct-in-3-a/
" . . . Some students who saw the shooting broke down on the stand while testifying; others calmly recounted the Feb. 12, 2008, morning in first-period English class when everyone thought they heard a balloon pop and then looked up and saw McInerney standing there with a gun.
McInerney looked around at his classmates, fired a second shot, (in King's head) pulled on his hoodie and walked out the door, witnesses said. When he was arrested a few blocks away, he was talking with his dad on a cellphone. . ."
" . . The case drew intense interest because King was an openly gay student wearing womens high-heeled boots and makeup to school, and because of the boys ages at the time. King was 15. <edit> McInerney turned 14 just 19 days before the shooting. . ."
Stressed out to planing, motivation and actuation of murder. The Gay Panic Defense
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gay_panic_defense
"The gay panic defense[1] is a legal defense against charges of assault or murder. A defendant using the gay panic defense claims that he or she acted in a state of violent temporary insanity because of a little-known psychiatric condition called homosexual panic. . "
should rate with the Twinkie defense of the Milk murder.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Twinkie_defense
""Twinkie defense" is a derisive label for an improbable legal defense. It is not a recognized legal defense in jurisprudence, but a catchall term coined by reporters during their coverage of the trial of defendant Dan White for the murders of San Francisco city supervisor Harvey Milk and mayor George Moscone. . . "
My conclusion is for whatever reason, Brandon McInerney, age 14 walked up to another student at school, age 15 and shot him in the head, twice. I don't care if he forgot to take his meds or what, he should not be "free" or even trusted on probation for at least twenty years. Hopefully a calmer person in his thirties.
