After a few days of pondering, I decided to try this as it seemed to me the pain and aggravation is much less of the side effects of siterone and fincar.

I just did it like 10 min ago. Here is the procedure if this may be of help to any one.

96% from drug store drinkable alcohol.

I tight each one separately prior to injection with a thin and short hair band. It went twice around and just enough to keep it and the skin in place. I previously wash my genital area with soap and dry it well. I'm 5'7", 130 lbs. been taking small doses of estrogens regularly for the last 5 years.

For right, first:

1. Filled insuline syringe with .5 ml alcohol.

2. Tight it with hair band.

3. Open pkg of needle (22g 1.25") and fit it on syringe. Wanted to make sure no alcohol was in needle before insertion to avoid pain from the alcohol.

4. From the lower end of test, I inserted very slowly needle about .75"

The prick on the skin was not so painful though my hands were shaking, as it went further into the test if felt like something pulling a string in the center and follow with bearable pain, as pain subsided push needle a bit more and follow same method till needle was .75" in as I estimated that would be about the center of the test.

5. Pull needle to make sure it was in not artery, no blood was present.

6. Scared proceeded to push alcohol in very slowly. Initial discomfort relatively minor though hands still a little shaky and sweaty. After the first push I was able to push the whole .5 ml with almost null discomfort.

7. Pull the needle out also very slowly, half way out I just pull it quick.

8. It was a little painful trying to remove the hair band, but successful without squeezing the test at all.

9. Was nervous but almost no discomfort.

For the left, second:

3. Open pkg of needle (27g .75") and fit it on syringe. Wanted to make sure no alcohol was in needle before insertion to avoid pain from the alcohol.

4. From the upper end of test, I inserted very slowly needle completely the .75". Similar discomfort as above but a little less as it went through.

5. Forgot to pull needle to make sure it was in not artery, no blood was present.

7. Pull the needle out a little faster, half way out I just pull it quick. This time it bled a about a drop of blood. And hurt a little more.

8. The discomfort and pain is almost twice as in the right one, but bearable.

My thoughts:

-The thinner the needle the smaller the pain of insertion.

- 96% the first time in my case did not cause major pain. I tend to think that the minor pain might be due to the strong spirit damaging any immediate nerve ending quickly.

- Very slow insertion and withdrawal of needle reduces pain.

- In my case piercing from the lower end of test might be less painful.

- I'm sitting here and feel a small discomfort similar to what I felt once after being hit on the tests with a basketball.

This now makes the 3rd time I've tried since my 12th injection, both testicles are small in size and are hard enough that it takes a great deal of pressure squeezing them before I feel a slight pain.

I miss the feeling that I got after each injection and the thrill of see each ball expand in size during the injection.

So assuming my balls are going to stay small and hard without any further injections...I still plan on sticking needles in my balls...I love that feeling too!

I probably should not say this, please be carefull. What I used to do to get some volume into them was to break up the scar tissue. What I would do is crush them (please use your head before you try anything like this). I would start out with my fingers. Then I would switch over to a vise grip like this one. http://www.northerntool.com/shop/tools/ ... 06853First i would lightly clamp them go tighter and tighter making sure to move it all around. I would do this almost daily. This softened them up to the point where I could always get some into them.

Also please remember that the tissue will continue to die and atrophy for 6 months after your last injection.

The discomfort lasted a few hours, at some time felt like my legs hurt, or it was my tummy, or actually my testes but all bearable. Could not fall asleep easily, may be awake for 3 hours.

After I work up for the rest of the day I feel a sensation of lightness in my groin and calm feeling on my head. I dare not to do any strenuous force with my body.

I`m happy for what I have started and hope will go till end without complications.

I always expelled any air in the needle by making sure that alcohol came out first before injecting to make sure that I could not possibly inject any air into a vein. I used benzocaine gel on the injection site so I felt no discomfort at all.

OK, I have a question:

Once they shrink and get hard - are they dead for good or do they come back?

I only ask because on siterone they'll shrink like that and then come back once you stop taking the drugs.

Also, how long do they stay swollen? A day? Two?

On a seperate note, my wife is on board with this and is going to help me buy the needles and alcohol.

Why?

Because she's fallen even more in love with me since the transition. She once told me that if ever we got a divorce she'd search for another TS!

Anyway, I told her I have more homework to do before I try this. I trying to nail down the dosage a bit more...is it .5cc or 1.5 ML?

She's going to do some homework on her end too, then we'll compare notes.

I would assume once they're tiny and hard they're dead, As far as swelling, I really only encounter swelling when I rush things, otherwise it's not really noticeable and when it does swell, maybe a day or two. For dosage, my first injection was .5cc on the right, but then after I realized that it wasn't so bad I went with 1cc on the left, from then on I've used 1cc when injecting, most recent I was only able to get .7 of a cc into the left one before it felt like the alcohol seeped out of the testicle and made a warm lil sensation in the scrotum. Do take time to read the thread thoroughly as it helps with many questions and offers up advice based on the experience of many people before Best of luck to you.

I just had a giggling moment a lil while ago while on the way home from work. I was thinking of what to do now that I'm off for a couple days, and the list went like "Go home, take a shower, shave my legs, castrate myself (next round of injections), do my nails, get a bite to eat, and relax for the rest of the day. Then about a minute later it dawned on me about how casual sounding that list came off sounding. Anyway time for my shower Ok, after the shower, injected 1cc into the right, the left is getting difficult to inject, I ended up having to insert the needle into the scrotum 3 times, I suspected that I was poking the epi, so I'd pull out, reposition, and poke back in, 3rd time was a charm, The testi was only able to take .5 cc I suspect it has about 1-2 weeks (of injections) left to live.

Tonight was lucky #7, and the most difficult to date. First, both testicles were slyly retracted within my groin. Second, they were clearly smaller than several weeks prior. Third, inserting the needle was more difficult and required more time than usual. I was able to push 1 cc into the left, but only .5 cc into the right. I think I'm going to give them a few weeks off from their drinking, then get my T level checked at my annual physical and blood work-up. I'll make a decision whether to continue at that point.

I had a talk with a friend in Myrtle Beach and he

told me to just go to a doc and have them removed

I laughed and told him it was not that easy.

I have an appt with the dick doc in about a week and I will see what he thinks is going on

How does the body use T and how long does it take to clear the system?

I am supposed to take T shots ever 3 weeks, but I don't.

How soon before the doc appt should I give myself a little booster?

Not the Rx dossage but just a little bit

Like .5cc s. Just enough to fuck with the blood test?
