It might already be mentioned but in the Netflix comedy "Norsemen", there is a fierce (and hot in my opinion) female warrior Freya who wears a "cock necklace" made of the severed penises of "monks" she collects during raiding. There are a lot of jokes related to this, for example her husband is intrigued by the large size of the specimens, and it is also implied that she rapes the monks before collecting the trophies.
Freya (and the actress Silje Torp) are definitely high on my list of women who'd I'd want to castrate me. Here's some pics of her working out:

Actually, I've continued to watch the series and found several other references to castration. In episode S2E1 in pretty much the opening scene Freya severs a penis from a fallen enemy and holds it up. There are also scenes where the main bad guy Jarl Varg tells his men (who were questioning his leadership) that he should have "gelded" them all ripping all their testicles off by hand.
When the main guy character wants to get engaged to Freya, the engagement ring he gives her is made of "foreskin". She examines it and even smells it slightly before putting it on.
There's also a lot of erectile difficulty jokes. One of the women, who is pretty but very shrewish personality, seems to elicit the response in everyone. The main guy character can't get it up, even when they roleplay that he's on a raid and raping her. In another episode, the bad guy Jarl Varg decides to rape her in public to entice the main guy out of hiding but Jarl Varg can't get it up either (to the disappointment of the woman who wants to be raped because she wants to get pregant with an Earl's seed).
So basically lots of castration-related humor in a fairly funny show (for those who like that sort of thing).
